I needed repairs on my home for the first time and was a bit nervous trying to find someone trustworthy and reliable. I talked to several different contractors and Gavin was easily the most professional, friendly, and knowledgeable one. The work was done well and in a timely fashion. Communication was great and the guys were very respectful of my property and my pets who were still in the house while work was being done. I am so thankful that I found Radigan Remodeling. Hopefully I don’t need any more repairs any time soon but if I do, I’ll definitely call them again. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Our experience and results with Radigan Remodeling was excellent!
During our full home remodel, both Gavin (owner) and Misti (project manager) were frequently on site, and always available to answer any questions and concerns. Also, their team of carpenters (on site every day) were professional, friendly and did awesome work!

Radigan Remodeling rebuilt our kitchen island after water damage. Their work ethic was exceptional! They showed up on schedule and stayed with the job until its completion. The project was managed expertly from start to finish. They were meticulous and their level of communication was impeccable. We even got a daily emailed update that included photos and descriptions of the work that was completed every single day. By the end of the project the crew had become friends. Their personal customer service, accurate bidding, attention to detail and follow-through will make it easy to recommend them highly! We would happily use them again on any project! In my opinion, Radigan Remodeling & Design deserves the highest ratings. They have completed several projects for me and without a doubt, they provided excellent options and plans; at the same time, they recognized my needs and desires. The project is done with expertise and skill; all the employees' work is consistent with no shortcuts. Finally, the entire group are personable, answer questions and complete the jobs in a timely manner. I will not hesitate to use their services on my next projects.

I’m very happy with the kitchen remodel by Radigan Remodeling. The team was professional, efficient, and kept the project on schedule. They worked with my wife and I, and helped us make the right decisions for everything to work together and maintained flexibility through the project (e.g., the kitchen is connected to the family room and midway through the work we decided we wanted the ceiling lights in the family replaced to match the new lights in the kitchen, and it was folded into the project). The work is excellent, and the design makes the best use of our space. A couple other people we know that had kitchen remodels had projects that lasted three or more times as long as ours. We're grateful to the whole Radigan team.

If you are reading google reviews for contractors it’s because you want to pick a good one. There is so much at stake when doing a home remodel or upgrade, time, money, peace of mind that your contractor will do the job fairly and right. We needed new floors, baseboards, carpet, and insulation for our 1960’s Home in Keizer. A huge job for us.

Radigan was the absolute best experience my wife and I have ever had with a remodeling company. It started first with great communication. We had Gavin come out to give us a bid, he really listened to what we wanted. The process of design was professional and detailed when we met at Tims flooring center and it was a great experience with their team as well.

The process of the remodel was planned out perfectly to the day. A big job that took 3 weeks, Gavin took extra care to plan out a way so we could stay in our home for part of the remodel as to lessen our cost of staying in a hotel. Each day we got updates and pictures of what was done and usually a phone call too.

During the remodel the Team that Gavin used was amazing, they all showed care and respect for our home. Jeff, and Bryan to name a few, even the subcontractors Gavin used were top notch and so detail oriented.

There were a few unforeseen issues that popped up like rot that was found and some sub par repairs from other contractors in the past. Gavin gave us options to have them fixed the right way as our home was older. They fixed the extras for a fair price and we knew it was done right. They even worked extra to keep everybody within the time frame quoted.

After the remodel and the final walk through our minds were blown, the level of detail and finish work at the end really made the whole project amazing. It feels like a new home to us. Jeff spent the whole last day cleaning the day and finding every detail that could be done to make it look perfect.

I can’t say thank you enough, so if you are thinking of doing a home remodel, Radigan is the company to do it!

We had horrible water damage from a storm in our main living area. We called Radigan Remodeling to come into help us remodel this whole floor which included moving, taking down part of a wall and adding windows all the way down the kitchen wall to take in the beautiful back yard we have. Their team was amazing! They became family to us all, even the dogs looked forward to their friends coming over. They held our hand through every step and were extremely good about keeping us up to date and on time with the project with their work. They helped us create the home that reminds us of where we grew up near the Mountains in Montana and Oregon

We hired Radigan Remodeling & Design to do a complete remodel on our home, which consisted of all new plumbing, electrical changes, painted the whole interior of the house, changed all the window trim and baseboards, new cabinetry throughout the house, refinished a painted fireplace to make it look beautiful, refinished the hardwood floors, removed asbestos in the kitchen, and install new flooring in the kitchen and bathroom. They also helped us redesign the kitchen and main bathroom.

Radigan Remodeling met every deadline and stayed in our budget. They use a marvelous app to schedule the job and every day we received an update on what was completed that day while the job was going on. Their crew was always very kind and professional when we would stop in to see the progress being made.

We highly recommend Radigan Remodeling and have already planned a second job with them to change the storage in our garage.

The Radigan team just remodeled both of our bathrooms and we were blown away by their service! Every step from the initial consultation to the final walk-through was incredible. Our schedule was updated daily and communication clear and concise. Every member of the team who stepped into our home went above and beyond. Polite, considerate, and so clean! They cleaned up messes I didn’t even notice! The eye for detail and perfection was beyond my expectation. I appreciated they respected my budget and were able to provide options at a variety of price points and help me with decisions based on our extensive consultation. I recommend Radigan to anyone looking to remodel their home!

Our experience with Radigan Remodeling has been disappointing. We have a large beautiful home in a premier neighborhood that was built in 1994 and now needs some upgrading. We are upgrading our kitchen, utility room, all three bathrooms, our floors, etc. We recently had new counter tops installed and due to the color/pattern of the new counter tops, need to darken our good quality solid oak cabinets with a walnut stain. We do not want them painted, and due to their quality do not need them replaced or refaced. Our insurance agent referred us to Misti at Radigan for a bid on the job, and provided a glowing recommendation, so my husband called to make an appointment for Misti to come to our home so that she could see the job and make an appropriate bid. When he called, the woman who answered the phone seemed hesitant to make an appointment and asked him to send photos instead. My husband explained that he couldn't do that (we're an older couple that are not "techies" and we also expect contractors to actually come look at the job--photos can not accurately show the scope of it) so the woman did finally make an appt. for Monday, April 23rd. It seemed a little odd that the appt. could not be made sooner than several weeks out, but we accepted it and made arrangements to be here then. Today, Friday, April 13th, my husband received a message that he needed to call them back to confirm the appt. on the 23rd. This also seemed odd since the appt. was not for another 10 days. However, he took the time to call them back, only to discover that the "confirmation" call was actually just a ruse to try to get us to send them photos again, so that they wouldn't have to come out to evaluate the job. At that point, he was frustrated and upset about being manipulated, so told the woman who had made the call, that if they wanted the job they could get off their butt and come out and see the job. After he hung up, Misti, who had never spoken to him, called him back and wanted to know if we wanted the cabinets replaced. We don't want the cabinets replaced. They are too good quality to be replaced. So, Misti then informed him that they don't do refinishing, and the appt. was canceled. Why couldn't the woman who set up the appt. in the first place have told him that instead of wasting our time and theirs? It's a shame that they weren't honest with us in the first place. We have a lot more work that needs to be done that they could have bid on as well, but after this experience we will not be calling them again. A note to all contractors: If a customer calls you requesting a bid, please make an appt. to visit the job site to see the extent of the work to be done, and don't insist that the customer send you photos instead. It makes the customer feel that you aren't interested in the job, and that the quality of work will be poor because you lack interest! And, not everyone has a cell phone, and/or the ability to send photos.
