Reviews of local pros in Salem, Oregon

I live in an established neighborhood. My sidewalks and driveway were covered in moss. I never thought of cleaning them. I was just going to replace them. Capitol Maintenance came and pressure washed them for me. It's amazing how well they look! I think they had to work carefully too because the concrete looked brittle in some areas. Thank you for being so careful and doing such a great job! It all looks decades newer!

Dominic came out to do moss removal on our two story house and clean all exterior windows. He did an excellent job. We would definitely use them again.

We had the most wonderful experience using this company. From the quote process to the quality of the work and everything in between, we are very satisfied with the services we rendered from united structures! Definitely recommending them to anyone who asks and we have already had several neighbors and friends inquire about who we used since it really looks amazing!

We hired United structures to clean up and haul away a very large collection of tree and yard debris from the Salem ice storms. They were prompt, professional and thorough. They worked rapidly and completed all debris removal, even cleaning up small pieces of trees and leaving the area extremely clean. I highly recommend this company and will hire them again.

Capitol Maintenance cleaned our windows a couple of weeks ago and they still look great, even after all this crazy rain. Our house was noticeably brighter inside after the windows were cleaned. Very professional and friendly service. I would highly recommend Capitol Maintenance for any window cleaning needs.

Capitol Maintenance cleaned all of the windows in my new house (both inside & out). I was extremely impressed with how meticulous Dominic was on making sure every last spot was cleared off each window and how careful he was in and around my new home. Dominic even followed up with me the next day to make sure that I was still pleased with the results. I would recommend Capitol Maintenance to my family and friends if you are looking for a respectful and thorough business to work on your home. I look forward to working with Capitol Maintenance on future projects around my properties.

Zeke and his team did an amazing job falling a big dead hemlock near my cabin and trimming up Doug firs around my house. I appreciated their skill and the costs were reasonable. Happy to recommend them.

Honesty and integrity.

Did a great job, I was impressed

They are fast courteous and knowledgeable. I would recommend them.

Incredible: honest, affordable and overall great.

We’re on time and cleaned up area well. Communicated well.

The crew cut down 3 dead trees and topped off two cypress trees. They were fast and efficient leaving no mess behind. I would highly recommend them!

Great experience! Couldn't ask for better. Tree was removed quickly and smoothly.

Great job, great communication, fair pricing and quick turnaround.

Communicated, on time, and cleaned up all debris. I would definitely use again. Response time good.

I contacted NW Premier to remove a flowering cherry tree that was pretty close to my sunroom windows. The roots had begun to creep towards the foundation to my house and were disrupting my patio pavers. Zeke arrived within 5 minutes to inspect the tree and root issues and I had a comprehensive bid the following morning. They arrived within a couple of days to take down the tree, never coming near my sunroom windows. They had the tree down and hauled away and chipped up within 30 minutes. They cleaned up the area, too! About a week later, Christian arrived to grind the stump and remove the problematic roots under my pavers. He removed the big ones in the main pathway and removed the pavers to search for the roots that were disrupting the pavers, but they were deep underground. He was able to tamp down the dirt and sand under the pavers and level out the patio. Because he was unable to get to those roots, they discounted the original estimate considerably. The stump grinder did have a little mishap with my buried drip lines, but Christian left and purchased the supplies and fixed what was cut. Overall, I would recommend NW Premier for your next tree removal and stump grinding job!

Good communication, showed up in time, performed job as expected and cleaned up really well.
