After trying for over a year to get solar with another company, I called Blue Raven on a reference from a work buddy and had a new roof only a month later, panels less than 3 weeks after that! They were quick, professional, and personable. I appreciate everything they've done!

Blue Raven installers came to my home today. They were very kind and professional. After the solar panels were all installed, and the electronics, breaker box, etc., the installers did turn it on, just to test if everything was functioning. But then they turned it off because I have to wait for the city and PGE to do their inspections, etc., before the system can be officially turned on. So, it all depends on the schedules of the City of Salem, and PGE rep to come to my home. The installers said they estimate that it could be 2 to 3 weeks, or more. So, i'm excited for them to get to my home asap, so that I can start producing kilowatts. :-)

The crew got a slow start The first day because of an issue obtaining materials but once work started the Salem 2 crew did a fast efficient installation finishing on time. The crew was very polite and I also noticed that they were all genuinely friends which I believe helped with their efficient work.

Blue Raven has been great to work with. They informed us every step of what was happening: They showed up when they said they would. The installers were respectful and vacuumed up the insulation after crawling around in the attic. The electrician showed us what he had done and explained how the new boxes worked. It has been a great experience so far.

The Blue Raven crew were amazing! Arriving early to make sure they were able to complete the job in one day and ours was a big project. They worked fast and efficiently. At the end you never would have known they were there except for the beautiful solar panels on the roof.

Mark was such a good sales rep providing the best information and fastest response to every question. Heaven and the install crew were safe, nice and professional crew that finished the job in one day. 10/10 recommend Blue Raven!

The installation crew was prompt and efficient. They said it might take a day and a half, but they installed a lot of panels on four different roof planes within one day. The electrician did a good job at some extra grunt-work to that delayed his regular tasks. He came back the next day to finish up.
We appreciated that the crew took a few minutes to answer our questions. The guys were friendly and professional. We are looking forward to the energization of the system and the near disappearance of our electrical power bills for many years to come.

Oh my goodness, I cannot say enough good things about Blue Raven. From the gentleman who came out and explained everything to me about how it worked, to the installers who put the solar on my roof and the electrician that came and hooked it up. Everybody was courteous, prompt and professional!
They were fantastic at communication and letting me know what was going on. I had a new roof put on and they worked with the roofer to schedule everything.
I really couldn't be more pleased. I have referred Blue Raven to everybody I know.

Update: More than a year since the system is on, zero bill for the full year. No issues so far.

Blue Raven completed the installation after a series of elaborate steps, permits, approvals, all the heavy lifting was done by them. Happy with the experience so far, will update the review after a few months based on usage and customer service experience.

Crew arrived on time, 7am, and quickly unloaded the equipment and Solar parts from their trucks.the crew members were very efficient in laying out the Solar components and moving them up on the roof.

The techs were very professional and informative about the installation and what would happen next. Blue Raven is all business... they don't mess around. I love it. Ask a question: answered instantly! Need to see a schematic or plan: poof, there it is! Their reps are casually dressed, friendly and extremely informative. When the time comes to move forward the documents come to your email, you review and sign and then things start happening without delay. The installers showed up in the morning, climbed around like spider monkeys on the roof with uncanny efficiency. They were done at sunset. Blue Raven arranged the city inspection. Done. The switch was flipped and now we run on solar power. 100%. Perfect. I am totally satisfied!

Blue Raven was amazing to work with! From the initial meeting all the way through installation, everyone was incredibly helpful and communication was awesome. We appreciated that Charlie kept checking in throughout the process and worked hard to get us the best rebates and financing. Everything was clearly explained at every step and they made sure to optimize the placement of every panel to ensure the best power output for our system. They also have certain guarantees for panel efficiency, an excellent warranty, and an app that allows you to track the function of each panel. With the constant increases in our electricity bill, we will end up saving a lot of money!

Seamless process. The initial consultation was professional without any pressure. Signed documents that day and that’s literally all I had to do until the team showed up to install. Blue Raven took care of everything with the city permits, working with the power company, and getting everything installed. Very impressed with the quality of the panels and the way they look. Definitely not the cheap solar panels and shoddy install you see on some peoples houses.
