The installation crew was great ! On the morning of installation, one person arrived more than an hour early in anticipation of the extremely high temperature forecast of that day. Fortunately, it was not so warm and they finished the job quickly, leaving no trace of mess

The Techs were very helpful and was able to answer questions about the system. They did a very good job on the installation of the system and was able to complete the installation process in quick time. I just wish that the system could be ready to go when they left as it still needs to be checked out by the electrical company and hooked into the electric grid. Maybe by the middle of January that will be done.

The sales experience with Richard was exceptional! Richard also provided valuable updates throughout the process and was a great point person. The people who handle interconnection applications with PGE (our local power company) failed to submit the application and that delayed the project by several weeks. When it came to the install, the crew was super friendly. However, they used one of my ladders without asking and left it a muddy mess! The install did not pass the first electrical inspection! They used an interior wire on an outside portion of the project and that was contrary to code…

Installation was swift. Have not been on the roof to check out the particulars. Coduit work is poorly done. If they are going to put their name on a project, they should take time to do a neater and more professional job. Was disappointed that the tech, who went into the attic, did NOT inform us about the insulation that fell to the hallway floor and he made no effort the clean up any of it. Also need to repaint the access panel as it has many dark smudges from his hands. After they had left I discovered they had used one of my ladders without asking and did not put it back in place. Had they asked, I would have not let them us it, as I would not take responsibility if they fell. Why did they not use the ladders on their truck?

I have no experience with this company other than soliciting phone calls. I have received a minimum of 15 to 20 calls. Each time I tell them I am not interested and to please remove my phone number from their list. Within a few days I receive another call. If I were to change my mind and want to add solar I would not use this company based on the fact that they don't listen.
