Tree Plus and their staff do a great job. I highly recommend them. This is my second job with this company

This was my second job with Trees Plus. The first was to remove a large birch tree that had sadly become infested with Bronze Birch Borers. The second job was removing a massive Douglas Fir that fell during a wind storm. I want to say that both jobs went very smoothly. Communication was great, they were very professional and prompt, prices were fair and they did a wonderful job. Highly recommend!

Trees Plus NW did an awesome job removing a 50 year old Cypress tree growing in a tight space between our house and fence. They removed the tree and then ground the stump, leaving our yard and our neighbors yard clean and tidy. I would not hesitate to recommend this company- they are professional from start to finish!

I have used trees Northwest twice. Their arborist is capable and incredibly informative. He's also super nice and is happy to provide you all the information you're interested in having. Their team works well, takes care of business and always assists with whatever you need. They're clean, and efficient. And, their prices are really good. It also helps that they are a woman-owned business. This is an important thing to have as we need to celebrate women entrepreneurs. Great stuff all the way around.

This is the best company I’ve worked with in Oregon. Their work is fast and accurate, and their pricing for tree services is even better than other companies. They also provide thorough after-care, which I really appreciate.

From the first call with Maria, to the estimate handled by John, to the after-care support from Autumn, and the crew working in the field—every single person was professional and genuinely happy to do their job. No one left a bad impression; in fact, their positive attitude was truly memorable.

We called and they sent someone out to give us a quote to clean up a ~70' ash tree. The guy they sent was very knowledgeable and within a few minutes he told us exactly what they would cut on the tree and how much it would cost. We agreed to the price and scheduled them to come out a few days later. They were prompt, professional, and they did an outstanding job with the tree. Will absolutely call these guys again for any tree services.

We called for an urgent job and were given an appointment for a week later. On the day, no one showed up. When we called to check, we were told we weren’t on the calendar. When we asked to rebook, they offered another appointment a week later. Given the mistake was on their end, we expected them to prioritize us. Poor handling all around.

I will share my experience. We entered into an agreement with this company to cut down a tree, delimb it, cut it into rounds, and chip the limbs. They understood that the timing of the work was essential to us.

They arrived late, cut down the tree, and then left. They said that because the field was wet they couldn't get the chipper in to do the work. However, in my opinion the reality was that, because they were late and had another job that day, they could not take the time to finish my job. I even asked them to at least delimb the tree and cut it into rounds (a soggy field doesn't matter for that), but they said no.

So, my experience is that this is a company that does a lot of volume and if anything goes wrong (like arriving late), they won't think twice about not finishing your job.

They men themselves seemed nice enough. The company just lacks professionalism.
