Wester Heating has provided excellent service for my 23 year old furnace. Michael spent more time doing more things to make sure the furnace was still working properly. I’ve also used their electrician and had a very good experience. This is a very fine company.

Excellent experience all around. From the service evaluation for our old system to the meeting with Francisco their comfort specialist to today's installation of a new Trane heat pump. I highly recommend this company for service and sales of heating and cooling solutions. We are very happy with the job. They really cleaned up too.

Corey, Jeremy and David worked quickly and had to do some trouble shooting when my house presented a problem. Corey knows his stuff.. The Peak electricians, Ivan and Mario worked swiftly and both groups were able to work around each other with ease. They're expertise made me relax. They cleaned up nicely when done, showed us how to work the remote,
and ran the equipment to ensure it was properly functioning. This group of professionals was awesome. Even the office helped me with my PUD rebate. The best experience......

A+. Everything from scheduling to consultation to install was incredibly professional and friendly. Randy came out and helped us pick out our new unit (we did the AC, too) - he was very knowledgeable and helpful. The install was scheduled for about a week later. The crew was right on time and did great work. Jeremy had to build out a custom solution to our existing duct work at the unit location and he did a great job. They left the site clean and walked me through how to care for the air filtration system.

We bought a new home and were worried about the state of the HVAC system, so we contacted Western to come take a look. Jacob was friendly and had a good attitude, explained everything politely and answered questions readily, and he did a great job getting our beat up old system in shape for the winter. He was fair and told us honestly about potential problems we could have coming up and options that Western could provide, but wasn't pushy or imposing about selling us stuff or scaring us into buying. I would highly recommend both the company and Jacob as a technician specifically.

Local small town provider that has really grown. Been using them for years to service our equipment. Really have taken good care of us. AC broke on Friday and that afternoon diagnosed and came to conclusion a full replacement of AC unit is needed. Sales pitch was a little much for me, we just don’t need a new furnace right now. By Tuesday morning they had a unit ready to install. Price was comparable but for us they’re local always been available to service when needed.

Amazing service! Ours was a pretty simple fix, as we just had an ice buildup on the pipe outside, which is what was causing our furnace to not work properly. However, after 3 other attempts to get someone out here to help us, WTC showed up on time and Michael B. Was very informative and polite. We definitely signed up for their yearly maintenance schedule!

The installation team was very good. Explanations were very clear. The communication was outstanding. The team worked very hard to help me resolve my furnace failure. I want to give a huge “shout out” to the office team. Great follow-through and support. I would recommend Western Heating to everyone.

From the assessment through installation and follow-up, every step of our furnace replacement went smoothly. We got top-notch advice about what equipment would meet our needs best, time from okaying the quote to installation was a very short turnaround, and the install crew were professional, solved unanticipated issues without fuss, and they finished early. They even took time to walk me twice through how to use the new digital thermostat. Great experience!

We are so pleased with our new Furnace and Air Conditioner. The sales team was thorough, even sending out an installer prior to purchase to discuss various options for retro-fitting our existing venting to ensure we would be happy with the end result. On the day of install the team was prompt, pleasant, provided feedback on various aspects of the job to ensure satisfaction and left our home as clean as they found it. I chose to work with Western Heating & Cooling after reading other reviews. They are exactly as portrayed. They were quick to respond, and on time to their appointments. Blake was very knowledgeable and listened to what our needs were. We ended up replacing both our furnace and AC unit, and were quickly scheduled to have the work done. The guys that came out were efficient and helpful, even going into our crawl space to reattach a duct that had fallen off. I highly recommend this company!

Very efficient and quality installation of furnace and a heat pump. Western had professional workmen and great communication. Customer support also great. Western installs Trane and American Standard brands which are both rated the highest of furnace brands in Consumer Reports. Start by reviewing the brands and choose your installer based on who carries that brand locally. Western also best rated of Trane dealers around. Looking forward to many years with this system.

Guys did a great job with our HVAC whole home system. New furnace and outdoor condensing unit were all installed in 1 day. Very friendly and answered any questions we had.

From the moment my furnace was red tagged, the folks at Western Heating have been wonderful, knowledgable, and kind throughout the whole process. Jacob Rehbein was the tech today. He was professional, polite and courteous he explained I needed a new part for the furnace, due to a gas leak. He solved the problem, replaced the part and inspected the unit. He told me the unit will need to replaced and said I should schedule an appointment with a consultant to regarding the installation of a new furnace I have very happy with the quality of work and the service.

We just had our air conditioner installed today and my wife and I wanted to let everyone know what a great job Western Heating and Cooling did. They are true professionals, very knowledgeable, and did a great job. Our old air conditioner was 20yrs old and they replaced and cleaned up the inside going above and beyond. We really appreciate such dedication. With employees like Jeremy and his partner I see why everyone likes Western Heating and Cooling.

Extremely available and friendly service techs and owner. Furnace was replaced quickly and professionally. Yes will use again if I require any work on a HVAC system. My system went out and Todd brought out space heaters because the weather was cold. Purchased new furnace on Monday Western had it installed Tuesday Morning.

The tech Jacob was awesome. We bought a home with a older system that has a heat pump which I was unfamiliar. I had a lot of questions & he was super patient & informative. Very happy with this choice.

Jacob at Western Heating and Cooling always takes care of us. We've lived at our home over 20 years and throughout the last several of those years helped us out with various things like replacing the burners in our furnace to Stainless Steel, and the latest project: adding an air filter. Jacob and Western are professional, friendly, prompt, and quick. I highly recommend them.
