Our gas fireplace stopped working about a year ago, and so we just turned it off. The glass was also super filthy. I always assumed we were going to have to replace the entire insert. But after reading great reviews for SureFlame I thought I would start with them. They were able to get me an appointment the same week. Paul was on-time and got to work right away. He left about an hour later with our fireplace looking and working like NEW! All that for just a service call fee. I am very happy to have found a great company like SureFlame that knows even the older model gas fireplaces and is able to repair and make them look good again. Thank you Paul and SureFlame!

I have an older gas insert fireplace that stopped working on me right before the recent cold weather, Paul from Sure Flame was able to get to me quickly to troubleshoot and service my fireplace. The fireplace needed some parts replaced which he did quickly, now the fireplace works great and looks way better than before. (The previous owner had done some things incorrectly when he installed it, Paul fixed the issues so the flame and overall look of the fireplace is much nicer.) Id recommend Paul and Sure Flame, and I’ll be having him do my regular services.
