We were so happy with Sure Flame LLC. We had them come out to clean our two incredibly dirty gas fireplaces. They looked great! Then the one in our basement stopped working all of the sudden and they came out and covered it under their warranty. They were able to schedule us quickly, and they actually honored their warranty - which is more than can be said for most service companies. We will be using them for annual cleanings for both of our fireplaces from now on.

I cannot even begin to explain the high level of professionalism I have had with this company. They show up, they are transparent and are worth every penny spent...
