Hunter Reger and Wes replaced our furnace today. Great service! Professional. Scheduling was a breeze. I was surprised just a little about how quick everything happened. I called the label on our old furnace first and never thought twice about calling anyone else after that. Oh. Forgot to mention that price was below what I expected too. Very happy customer! Wife is happy too! LOL!

BEST Heating and Air is fantastic. I spoke with Andi and she had a technician out within 24-48 hours. This is a huge plus especially since everyone else seemed 5 days (or more) out on scheduling. Chris T came out and was extremely friendly, knowlegable and patient. He did a great job on the "checkup" of both our furnace and A/C. He also gave me great tips on maintaining everything properly. They are slightly more expensive than a couple of other places I called for the same job but...immediate service and top quality employees definitely make it well worth it. I will call BEST next time I need A/C or Furnace servicing. Thank you.

Was without heat for 3 days calling several places for service. Got frustrated cause no one would call me back to schedule an appointment. So I continued calling without leaving messages cause I wanted to talk to a human being. Best Heating called my number even though I left no message, and scheduled me in for that same day. The service technician was just as caring staying till my furnace was working properly even knowing that a ice storm was coming in. Thanks Wesley and Best Heating and Cooling for your service.

Over the last 3 years, we have had cause to call Best heating & cooling out to help us manage our systems. Each and every time a quick and pleasant response by the office personnel. When the tradesmen arrive, they are always presentable, profesional, and pleasant. Lately, their presence has been needed more in troubleshooting a complicated repair. They quickly became a focal point for students and faculty alike. Rapid repairs and clean work have me calling them first now for anything of their expertise. Justin, Darian, Ken, Jose', and Kirby have been a thankful ace in my back pocket with knowledge and support. More than strongly suggest this company and these good people to help you with all heating and cooling needs! Thank you guys so much for everything you do!!!

Every couple of years we have Best Heating come out and do a maintenance check on our system to make sure everything is working as it should. Justin was on time (exactly!), knowledgeable and helpful. He worked hard to trouble shoot a problem we had (not the systems fault, just the way our Tri-level is built) and made some good suggestions. I am continually impressed with their professionalism and business ethic over the years. They are a top notch business and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking a new system.

We have always had nothing but 5 sta service from Best. After 13 years our gas furnace died, of course during the freezing temperatures. It took 3 days to get a furnace and they loaned us 2 space heaters. They were here first thing on the morning of the 3rd day and 2 hours later the furnace was up and running. Thank you again for the great service.

My home is back to cool and comfy. The tech sent to fix my AC was pleasant and knowledgeable. I've been using Best Heating since 1990. I've never had one problem with them. They have fixed my heating and air conditioning needs in 3 different homes, in 3 different zip codes. Trust me, they are good!

Chris was great! This company did an install for me a few years back and I was very satisfied with the service. Today I had them do routine maintenance and it was everything that I would expect from these guys. He even gave me some tips on how to help ensure the function of my air system for when they aren’t there. From the staff of the phone to the service tech Chris, these folks are friendly and professional. As long as they are available I won’t use another company.

We had the pleasure of having Blake and Sinjen out to Install a brand new heat pump system and ducking work underneath our house. They were very respectful While working at our house. They were both very good with my dogs and I really appreciated that. They cleaned up their messes each day. The boys both worked very well together and communicated between each other very well. I would definitely recommend this crew To work on any of my family or friends's' homes. I truly appreciate it all their hard work.Answering all my questions and just overall being good people!!! The staff at Best Heating was great to work with through the entire process of getting our new furnace and heat pump. When Chuck and Juan came to our house, they were both very professional. Chuck took the time to fully explain our new system to us and made sure we knew how to operate the system and what to expect. We would highly recommend Best Heating to anyone looking for a new heating or cooling system.

I've never written a review before...but felt the need to for Best. After getting visits from two competitors (one recommendation and one Home Depot installer) I was struggling to make a decision between Brand, Installer and system type. I decided to call Best for a third opinion, and had the good fortune of Kirby showing up to talk about my needs. Kirby provided a lot of information, and put up with a lot of questions.....without rolling his eyes at my ignorance. I recieved a proposal with the various options I was considering the next day. I had a few follow up questions, and pulled the trigger on the package I wanted.

To be clear, my decision was based on my experience with Kirby. I knew that Best was determined to sell me the system I needed, rather that the system they could sell me.

After scheduling, I was furthur impressed with the installation. Email and text reminders....email and text notification that my technician was on their way, with a description of their experience included.

Chuck, Jose and crew (I am so sorry I forgot the name of the tall guy on day one!) were on time, professional and delivered beyond my expectations.

If you are considering Best.....I strongly encourage you to make them your choice!

I called Best heating & cooling because our gas fireplace wasn’t turning on from the switch, they had a technician out the very next day! Hunter came out and got our fireplace back on. We realized that a couple of our wall units weren’t working either. He was so nice and checked them out for me even though he had already completed the job he came out to do. He quickly got all 3 back on and working! He worked quickly and was very nice. I highly recommend this place!

We contacted Best Heating to inquire about installing an air conditioner and new furnace system in our home. Kirby came out and looked over our existing system and came up with three options that would meet our needs. He was very professional and happy to listen to our questions and definitely knew his business! Thank you Kirby so very much for taking the time to come out, free of charge I might add, and listen to our concerns and questions. VERY polite and helpful! After talking over the options we contacted them and set up an installation time. The ladies in the office were very helpful and kind, guiding us through the process….thanks ladies! On installation day, Blake and his team were on time and ready to go! Talk about professional, these guy’s were fantastic! They got right to work after Blake went through the process with us and they definitely knew their profession. They were polite, understanding and very informative. They worked continually to get the job completed in a timely manner. They didn’t even stop for breaks or lunch!! After completing their work, Blake went over how to operate the new system’s features on the control unit to where we were comfortable with the system. We can not say enough about their dedication to their work, from Kirby, the ladies in the office and to Blake and his crew, THANK YOU ALL for a great experience in getting us a new system to stay comfortable throughout the year!! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Best Heating and Cooling for any of your heating and cooling needs, you will not be disappointed!!!

They offer excellent customer service. They take time to assure understanding of systems & are always available to answer questions and follow-thru are direct for entire = no 'middle' person or delays getting back. For heat pump systems = a wise choice.

I had my heat pump go out and called Best and am very glad I did. I weighed my options on repairing the old heat pump or replacing it with a new one. After I had Best come out for a quote, I thought I might as well check with two other Heating and Cooling companies give me a quote as well. Besides being way more expensive quotes from the other outfits they tried pushing a new furnace that I didn't need. Best Heating and Cooling never pushed anything on me that I didn't want or need. They gave me a fair price for both repairing or replacing my old unit . The employees that came out were very professional and answered all my questions. They made sure exactly where I wanted my unit and lines ran. The two employees that installed my unit were two of the best and polite workers that I have ever do work on my house. I highly recommend calling them for Heating and Cooling service or installation.

Exceptional customer service. We called with a heater issue in the middle of a cold snap, expecting a wait of a few days for a technician to be able to come out, but Best had one there within 2 hours. He gave excellent service, came up with a temporary fix while the part we needed was being ordered, and explained things well. I highly recommend this company.

Hunter and Sinjen did a very professional job installing my new furnace. They were very friendly. They did a wonderful job cleaning up. They also set my new thermostat for me. The heat is wonderful.

Best Heating & Cooling is for sure the Best! Technician Justin, and Blake and sorry I didn't remember Blakes co workers name, they all were fast to respond, and not one wrong thing, installed new heater unit which works outstanding with no issues. They showed up on times and no breaks till the job was done, OUTSTANDING!

This company is top notch! The office lady was so quick and easy to work with! Ken was amazing he came out and not only fixed our problem but went above and beyond to get our ac unit and our other units clean and set up. He even found something that would’ve been a bigger issue and ordered a part for us to fix for us at a later date! We will be using this company for years to come! ⭐️

To begin the process of replacing my HVAC system, I got 3 estimates, I appreciated Kirby from Best discussing my options and not hard selling me like one of the other companies I dealt with. Ultimately I went with Best because they were so far under the other 2 bids (all 3 bids were for comprable top brands). Then they had equipment in stock and were able to install within 2 weeks. Installers did a great job, clean and explained system use before they left.
