I called Canyon Drain llc for a clogged drain that affected the whole system. Justin came within 3 hrs to fix the problem. He was on time, professional, and did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. I will call him anytime we need his service and recommend that anyone needing drain cleaning do the same.

I called on the Friday after the 4th of July at around 10:30 am because the main pipe between the kitchen and bathroom was clogged causing back up into the sinks of both rooms. I had company coming at noon for lunch plus seven house guests already here needing to shower, do laundry, and prep meals for. Even though they had a full schedule, these guys came out within an hour of me calling (the other plumber in town said they couldn’t make it and scheduled me 8 days out!). I’m very grateful for the prompt service. They were in and out before my guests showed up and all the sinks were draining properly! I highly recommend this company!

I called Canyon Drain late Sunday afternoon for a clogged line problem. They were at my house the next day and fixed my issue pretty quickly. They went the extra mile running sinks, showers, etc. to insure the issue was resolved and even cleaned everything up before leaving. Incredible company! Would rate it 10 stars if I could! Called them at 8pm with an emergency. They were here 730 the next morning and had it fixed in 2 hours! After 4 days of slow moving and stalling by our landlord company, Canyon Drain was a welcome breath of fresh air. Justin was incredibly helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. We had a borderline emergency with one of the toilets at our office and Canyon Drain made us a priority and came out same day. It was a somehwhat complex situation as a blender bottle mixer ball is what ended up down the drain so it wasn't a simple snake job. They were able to quickly identify the issue and get a resolution for us. I would recommend them without hesitation. I appreciated his friendliness and the urgency that he operated with. I wouldn’t think of calling anyone other than Canyon Drain. Justin gave me a fair and accurate quote, was easy to schedule with and stayed in good communication throughout my project. Justin has a calm, easy demeanor and he works very hard. Part of my front yard had to be dug up, and by the end of it I couldn’t even tell that he done it. He made a point to dig out my grass in such a way that he was able to lay it back on top to reroot. I was so impressed with his attention to detail, and knew I was in good hands. 10/10 recommend Justin and Canyon Drain.

We had Justin come out because our toilet wasn't flushing well. Turns out one of the grandbabies flushed a block down the toilet. It was easily and quickly remedied.
