I don't know about the quality of work here because we haven't had any done, but there is apparently a flat fee of $100 for them to come out, even when they cannot fix the problem. The guy was nice enough but he was at our house in Tualatin for less than 15 minutes and gave us the advice to buy a new unit because parts for this oven do not exist (we gave them the part / model numbers ahead of time). I would have appreciated knowing such a high fee existed for a quick stop as the company policy (and it's on me for not doing my research on their policies). I personally would not have had them stop by if I had known about their fee structure which was not disclosed to me when I called.
