Green Ridge Solar is a great company. Any time I have a question or problem they respond quickly and solve the problem. The employees are friendly and respectful and like working for this trustworthy company. I highly recommend them!

Very knowledgeable and friendly! Alex and Nick helped me resurrect a dinosaur Solar Edge system from the previous home owners. Excellent technical support recovering the old site management access and communications while informing me of warranty information and tailored recommendations for expanding my system.

We recently bought a home that had existing solar but not having past experience with the system, we were never able to figure out why it wasn’t producing any power. When Green Ridge Solar stepped in they were able to quickly figure out what the issue was and went above and beyond getting the replacement part. They had it installed and up and running in no time. Very professional. We would definitely recommend.

Contacted Green Ridge Solar because we had a missing shingle and had to have a panel removed for the roofers to do repairs. Green Ridge was able to remove the panel and their electrician Daniel was upfront honest and professional! I worked with Sarah in the office and she was able to explain issues that were discovered during their service, Daniel showed me the pictures and Sarah gave us the estimates. Overall Green Ridge Solar has been great and more helpful than the solar company that installed the panels in the first place. I would recommend Green Ridge Solar to anyone that is interested in taking the leap into renewable energy!

I'm incredibly impressed with the team.  Everyone was professional, efficient, and pleasant to be around.  We've had work done at the house before, and the team is night-and-day more professional than anyone else we've worked with.  Even my wife said "I know this is weird to say, but what's the catch?  These guys seem too good"

The team was installing a new hybrid battery/inverter from Savant that wasn't what they were used to, but learned its quirks super quickly, and the job was finished in the two days that were promised.

I've already started telling my neighbors to book with them.

This company is awesome. They just installed a 14KW system and it was incredibly smooth from start to finish. They did not give any high pressure sales pitch and answered all our questions in a straight forward and timely manner. They were great at getting back to us quickly if I left any message and kept us up to date on the permit process which is what takes the most time (about 6 weeks for us in Portland). Once the permit was issued , they had an installation crew out within 24 hours who were extremely organized. I have been around building and contractors most of my life and I could tell these guys knew what they were doing. It is a bit scary these days with a lot of solar companies going under but this company is very solid. I would highly recommend them without hesitation.

The team at Green Ridge has been amazing. From the intial consultation with Zach (he answered about 100 questions, always quick to respond) to the pre-site analysis, install date and final inspections- they have been flat-out professional.

This process started with initial deposit 8/29/25, and I just powered the system on today, 10/22/25- just about 7 weeks start to finish.

Their system of communication is pretty great- I heard from various people as the process unfolded, and they made sure to notify me of communication from my utility company (Pacific Power) to sign off on the net-metering agreement. At one point, Emma pulled Brian (one of the owners) onto a call to answer some specific questions I had about permitting. They were always quick to respond, and demonstrated expertise every step of the way- which eased any concerns I had about the process.

Feel confident that they are knowledgeable, trustworthy and professional- I highly recommend GR Solar 🙌🏻

Thomas was awesome and gave #1 Customer Service. I recently purchased a very old home with lots of electrical needs. Thomas came into the meeting and was very helpful and informative. He explained in layman terms what the issues were that he saw. He sat down and spent time with me and made sure I understood what was needed to be done. Unfortunately, due to conflicting schedules, Thomas was unable to do the work. But, he pointed me in the right direction, gave me pointers for when I do hire a electrician and also share pricing of some items so I would not be taken advantage of. Owning an old house, you work with a lot of contractors I greatly appreciated the time he took with me; about 45 minutes even when he knew he was not able to take the job. And it was on a Sunday morning. Thank you Thomas for you sincerity and sharing your expertise. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Classic Electric.

I would highly recommend Thomas. He did an outstanding job adding a new outlet and circuit for my EV. His work in the end was so nice and clean it looks great in the garage. Thomas also looked at some other work another sloppy electrician did on our hot tub said it was out of code and quickly fixed it for us. We are planning to use him for more upcoming projects.

Thomas is THE EXPERT!!! He provides exceptional work and service in everything he does!!! We have now had him do alot of work on our old house and every time he exceeds our expectations!! Our first job with Thomas was an urgent new plug for air conditioning during a crazy summer heat wave. He squeezed us into his busy schedule and had us cooled off in no time! Since then we have had him fix all kinds of odds and ends old house issues we had ignored and accumulated for years, gave us new dedicated plugs for space heaters/refrigerators etc, added outdoor lights/fans and switches to transform our back patio space and put in a beautiful new panel. Our house is old and tried to throw him alot of wrenches, no problem for Thomas. He is the guy for retrofitting old houses!! He has decades of experience and amazing patience that guides him through whatever surprises your house may try to toss his way. Thomas' work is meticulously planned out and executed to perfection! I have never worked with a contractor that had better communication or pride in his work!! Thanks Thomas, we love what you have done for our home!!

Thomas was prompt, showed up at 0800, exactly when he said he would. He was incredibly knowledgeable with the electrical issues we needed to have repaired/installed but also answered my million questions with thoughtful, electrical code specific answers and provided detailed explanation of the why and reasons behind them all. A genuine teacher at heart and the patience of a saint. I am very inquisitive and love to learn how to fix things myself especially for our home, he was able to give me more confidence to tackle those smaller jobs on my own. I would highly recommend Thomas and his company for any projects that need done.

Thomas arrived on a Wednesday to provide an estimate for a new circuit, circuit breaker, and putting two outlets on that panel in our garage. I received and agreed to the estimate that night, and Thomas was able to come out the next day. Thomas is fabulous! Classic Electric was super responsive (answered when I called!) - squeezed me right in the next day on a Friday afternoon - Thomas communicated all afternoon his timeline for arrival and was spot on! He was beyond helpful, resolved the electrical issue and provided some much needed electrical education (at no extra charge...lol). Really appreciated the service and Thomas' personality. I will never use another electrician ever again ;)

Thomas is the ultimate professional! I had a large remodel done on my 1905 historic home. I got 3 estimates from different electrical companies and I only wanted Thomas to do the work because I could tell that as the owner and master electrician he has the most knowledge. Also, when I interviewed him for the job he was the most enthusiastic about my home and the project. He helped me design the lighting styles and layout and I am very happy with how it all turned out. Thomas, the owner, was on the job every day – they didn’t just send out some guy to work on my house. He was always on time and on schedule. He continually asked about my needs and made sure they were being met. Another great thing is that he packed out his own garbage so I wasn’t left to deal with all of it. I would highly recommend Thomas at Classic Electric for any residential remodel project!

Seven yrs ago I bought my first house which needed electrical work, I got three bids and as soon as I met Thomas with Classic Electric I knew he was who I would hire. He was fair, honest, upfront and knew what he was doing. I was so pleased with his work, flexibility and suggestions for lighting then that when I bought my new house recently which needed major electrical work, Classic Electric was the only company I would even consider! I had an an issue with an outlet in the garage that kept tripping. It supports the tankless water heater so it was important to get the matter resolved quickly. I called Classic Electric and Thomas was awesome! He was able to ask me questions in a way that I could understand, came to my house to troubleshoot the problem, and quickly restored power to the outlet. He was courteous, offered clear and honest advice as he explained things to me along the way, and showed great patience with me as I asked questions. I will absolutely choose Classic Electric for my future electrical issues and upgrades!
