I am one of the owner's of Evergreen Gas Heating & Cooling, but thought my review might matter to some potential new customers. Our installers recently upgraded our personal home with a high efficiency Bryant "smart system", including a Bryant Evolution Air Purifier. We LOVE this new setup! Not only can we control our home's temperature from an app, the new filter kills over 99% of germs, molds, and even the corona virus (& other viruses). It is money well spent!

Even though the equipment is great, what I really want to mention our team. Evergreen was willing to work with me to route the line under the floor, from one end of the house to the other, instead of taking the easy route (all the way around the exterior of the house). I appreciated their flexibility and they did great work.

Parker was efficient, quiet and helpful! One of the easiest appointments ever. Our fireplace had never looked better and we appreciate Parker's efforts.

Evergreen was great to work with. I had them come out to cap a line to the gas range we replaced. Sean was super friendly and quick, and did a great job. And the cost was exactly what they quoted me, which was very reasonable. If I ever need gas work done again they will be my only call

CJ was awesome: knowledgeable, personable, and very helpful! He diagnosed the issues and promptly (same visit) repaired my gas fireplace to working perfection. I'm happy that I discovered Evergreen; I will call them again!

CJ came out and tuned up our gas fireplaces. He spent over 2 hours and got them working and looking better than they have in the 12 years we have lived in this house. We will definitely use Evergreen again and also will be sure to ask for CJ.

CJ did a great job fixing our fireplace gas line. Love the companies customer service. Mairin was prompt in getting back to me on scheduling and was able to text me which I love so much more than phone calls which I always miss. They got me in the next day and our fireplace looks great!

We moved into our 70's era home last year and didn't know how to activate and control a gas fireplace that was installed by the prior owners around 2014. A remodel contractor who did some work for us recommended Evergreen, so we made an appointment for an inspection and cleaning. CJ, the technician, was very pleasant and explained everything well. He pointed out two defects (burned out gas valve and a gap in the exhaust system), was able to give us a price to repair both items, and had the required parts in his truck to enable making the repairs while he was at our house. He fixed the problems and walked me through the fireplace features and operation using the remote. We are very pleased with our Evergreen experience.

we have been doing business with Evergreen Gas Heating & cooling for some time. They are so good at notifying us about our maintenance for furnace, fireplace and A/C. Just had furnace checked by Christopher K and as always, the techs are very thorough and explained everything. They are great!

This company, and in particular Sean, who serviced our fireplace just yesterday is awesome! Not only is the customer service truly amazing, but when I thought I had an emergency with our fireplace, Sean called within just a few minutes and took care of things right away! He was professional, kind, explained exactly what he was doing and why and was just a joy to have in our home. Even our dogs adored him! This company cares about how you feel from the moment you pick up the phone until the time they finish their work! Our job was a messy job, but when they left, everything was so clean and so well put back together! Don’t call anyone else!

The technician Parker, did an excellent job. He listened to my concerns, serviced the gas fireplace, and cleaned it. He was very courteous and professional, explained what he did, gave us suggestions to keep the fireplace running smoothly. I appreciate his courtesy and professionalism.

Evergreen did a fireplace insert install for us, and has been working with us to provide ongoing maintenance. Their whole team from office to technician has been great to work with, communicative, accommodating, and all around awesome. Would recommend!

Parker came to service our ancient (1994) gas fireplace, which didn't have any logs in it and hadn't even been turned on in about a decade. He was honest with us about the age of our fireplace and the odds of getting it working, or finding logs for it. He was super friendly and knowledgeable as well as respectful of our property. The customer service rep Mairin was also very communicative and helpful. The company put in an honest effort to find OEM logs for the fireplace and understandably weren't able to but found an alternative that would work, which we appreciated. We ended up decommissioning the fireplace altogether, but I would recommend Evergreen to anyone looking for gas fireplace service and will definitely keep them in mind if we ever decide to replace our unit.

Just had two fireplace inserts and a home generator installed. Whether on the phone or in person, the staff was polite, pleasant, and efficient. The technicians arrived within the prescribed timeframe and went to work quickly, efficiently, and respectfully. Work area was kept neat and tidy and when completed, looked like before their arrival. Highly recommend their services.

Our furnace went out on a Friday night and placed a call to Evergreen. Received a call back first thing Monday morning. Scheduled an appt for Tuesday noon. The technician was very friendly, knowledgable, and quick in assessing the issue, had one part and was able to get a second needed part within the hour. My wife and I were very happy with his knowledge, thoroughness, and friendliness. Will be contacting them again later in the year for an AC installation.

If I could post a 6-star review I would gladly do so. It would be entirely deserving. Evergreen installed a gas fireplace in my home in 2015. It's performed flawlessly. I recently replaced a worn-out valve and in the process discovered a potential issue involving the vent pipe. I contacted Evergreen, the original installer just for information. Although the system was long out of warranty, Bill Belden, the owner/manager provided an immediate and impressively informative response that exceeded every reasonable expectation. It included the offer of sending the service manager out to take a look entirely at Evergreen's expense. If you are looking for excellent workmanship and a commitment to service, go no further. Evergreen is the one.

After almost two years ..I still have no heat in my living room. I I initially had Evergreen heating and cooling out to my home because they’ve worked on my furnace in the past and they’ve been my servicer Since I’ve lived here.
I requested them to inspect my heating ducks because I was not getting heat in my living room. They quoted me $2000 for the fix. I had another company out quoted me $1695.00 I asked them to match and they did.
Problem not solved a year later. I requested to reinspect the work that was done. The technician indicated to me in person that they did not look like the work was completed. They have let techs go because of poor performance. He said that there was crushed duck work underneath preventing airflow to my living room in two main areas. He then gave me pictures of the ductwork as well as the areas where they crushed the new ductwork. Then told me his manager would get back to me.
Shaun, the manager never did. And when I contacted them again via email, frustrated, I asked them to complete the work. I would Take this to another level. They don’t seem to care in fact Sean “I don’t wanna argue with you. It’s up to the ownerI!” Not what a customer rants to hear. I am a businessman and I run a business and have been in business for 30 years. This is not how you run a business..The quote was to fix and repair the ductwork that prevented airflow to my living room. It has not been done and I’m going into another cold season.. It’s too bad. I have to write a bad review in order for anyone to call me back if they do at all.. I will be sure to contact the BBB and my legal agents to resolve this dispute. To make matters worse, I’m missing golf clubs in my garage when the original technician was out looking at it. My air conditioner all of a sudden stopped working After their work was complete. Picture taken upon inspection of this as well. I spent $6000 cleaning up my crawlspace so they would have a sanitized area to work. All to be exactly where I started a job not complete in my family cold going in the winter. My recommendation is not to use this company, but find another one. The best part is their office is a block away. Such a tough distance to fix Issue to keep a customer happy. Inexcusable!!!! Unresponsive!!!! Bad business!!

Not completing work that needed to na addressed . I don’t care if it was a trunk 5 ducts . It was diagnosed incorrectly and not resolved. .now furnace doesn’t work correctly.. business lost to ATemp as well as lol my neighbors !!!

We are now Evergreen Gas Heating & Cooling's biggest fans! Because our gas fireplace had been igniting and then shutting itself off intermittently, I did some online research, and ended up calling Evergreen because of their wonderful reviews -- and wow am I happy I did! At every step of the way, Evergreen was extremely professional and impressive: their communication was top-notch, and I especially appreciated receiving a text with our technician's photo before he even arrived at the house (a great safety/comfort feature, in my book). Our technician, CJ, arrived right on time, was incredibly respectful of our home (taking off shoes when entering, laying pads around all surfaces to protect our floor and rug, and doing an impeccable cleanup job after completion). Additionally, CJ answered all my questions patiently and completely, helped me figure out the best possible repair option, worked quietly and diligently throughout his time in our home, and ensured I was 100% comfortable with the resulting repair before he left the property. He was an absolute gem! As a board member at our townhome complex, it will be an absolute privilege to recommend Evergreen Gas Heating & Cooling to fellow residents whenever the opportunity arises!

Great experience. One of the best out here. Our air/furnace team recommended Evergreen for service on gas fireplace. The appointment team were just down right accommodating and fast. The technician was professional and prompt (was texted name and pic before arrival). Service was thorough and tidy. Tech was friendly and gave exam and report on fireplace. It's perfection. It was textbook and all around amazing service. Don't hesitate.
