Very fast friendly service!

Getting help in the garden department is ridiculous! Even when not busy! 2X in past week I tried unsuccessfully for items which is totally OK. Not OK to me, is the " Whatever's out there" response when looking for first a Calla Lilly and secondly for weed fabric stakes. MUCH BETTER WOULD BE " I DON'T KNOW, BUT PLEASE LET ME CHECK"
The dismissive don't bother me response was two completely different employees so attitude appears universal I shop there for convenience, as I live in Sherwood and find the other departments much more customer service friendly! For Garden items, I will def go elsewhere!

I recently moved into Tualatin which is close to the Sherwood Home depot. I am a single woman who at times like these could really use a man in my life. Well without one, I went into the store today and was greeted by a man in the garden center that walked me all the way into the store to show me where the things I was looking for were. He spent a good 15 minutes with me explaining how to do things and teaching me. Satisfactory service. I thought all of my questions were answered when I saw a woman working there and asked her a few questions... Her name was Heidi. What a huge asset Heidi is to the store there. She gave me some wonderful ideas and showed me all around the store for different possibilities on things I can create myself. Heidi was very informative and I felt excited when I left there and not overwhelmed. Thank you to all the staff members; Thank you again for making my visit to the Home Depot today a wonderful experience.

Sasha at the gardening center was amazing! She really took the time to listen to what I was looking for and asked great questions to understand my needs. She explained everything clearly and gave me super helpful tips—definitely learned a lot just from talking with her. On top of that, she was super friendly and easy to talk to. Great experience all around!

Rick and his team are excellent! I’ve used their service from the landscaping layout, installation and twice annually spruce-up. Highly recommended the team!

I'm not one that leaves reviews left and right, but Juan and his team did such an amazing job installing sod on the front and back yards that I want to let people know they can choose his company with confidence.

Very meticulous and very professional. Work done in a timely manner and at a reasonable price.

I will be glad to use them for future projects!

I have a ridiculously sloped back & side yard and on a friend's recommendation used Serenity Landscapes to build me some stairs and also some planter boxes next to the fence. Juan was very patient and listened to what we wanted. When the stairs weren't 100% what I envisioned, he had them changed. Perfect. They're punctual and a pleasure to deal with. No more sliding down the bark mulch!

Services provided did not meet the expectations as outlined in their quote (bushes not trimmed, weeds not done). Communication is very poor. I would not recommend them.

Junior and his team were exceptional, and for a bargain price. They installed an 5 zone irrigation system for us. I highly recommend them!

My father's property was weed-choked, vegetation was greatly overgrown, a deck was rotted through, and the walkways were covered in moss. American Landscape transformed this mess in one day and I couldn't believe the difference it made. The crew's attention to detail and thoroughness were greatly appreciated. Terrible company..unreliable..unprofessional.
Showed up to "fix" our irrigation system. Couldn't find the valve promised to be back with the right tools. Never came back when promised. Jesus stated they will come the following day. We stayed home both days to receive them. They never showed up and not answering calls. Ghosting us on all their numbers.
Stay away. Will contact city of Sherwood and BBB.

Had the valves for my irrigation system replaced, and they did that work well. Unfortunately they didn't finish the job on the day of and never came back, and never followed up. I only heard from them again when the bill showed up. Truly sad that such a mediocre business can exist if not thrive 😔 Never again will I hire these folks.

I didn't visit, whoever found my cell phone went to these locations.
