I call NW Gutters and Mr Blosl responded quickly. We made an appointment with him. He showed up on time. We checked out 3 different companies before we decided on NW Gutters.
They were able to come out the very next week.
They took great care with their work. They cleaned up everything and hauled it away.
I highly recommend this company.

Celliio and Juan did an outstanding job installing our new gutters. They were fast in removal, fabricating and installing the new ones. There were a few challenges with our downspouts and they did a great job! Cleanup was excellent. I highly recommend this company and these two to install a new gutters system.

We selected Great Northwest Gutters for a full gutter replacement. The team, Cecilio and Juan did a great job completing the work and hauling away debris. The price was very reasonable and no pressure for upgrades. It was easy to get a bid online and it was sent directly to my email. Overall great company to work with.

Outstanding service! From the quote process with Austin to the Team Lead, Cecilio, the service was great. Great NW Gutters replaced all gutters on my mom's house in Tigard. Cecilio called me when he had a question and send photos to confirm, rather than just assuming. The company was great to communicate with and was flexible with dates as I managed other contractors around them. I highly recommend!

We just had our gutters and downspouts replaced with Great NW Gutters and the whole process was so quick and easy. Riece was easy to work with on the estimate. Greg called right away to schedule. And we were able to have Reynolds and Rahun out within a few days to complete the work. Both workers were friendly and completed the work quickly with good communication throughout!

I took a Groupon for this place. There was no fine print on 3 story houses vs 2 story houses. The dealer says they cannot accept it and groupon is not giving me any refund. I am not sure whose fault it is to put up misleading information but someone here is ripping us off. I would stay away..

UPDATE: The owner is saying take money from groupon.. I have called groupon multiple times and wasted hours. They are not going to refund this.. This is a complete fraud business

I purchased my home 3 years ago. The previous owner had cats and the house constantly smelled musty. I had been getting my ducts cleaned annually by other duct cleaning companies and the musty smell never went away. I randomly came across Duct Geeks when searching for a local duct cleaning company. Alisha (sp?) and Manny are a husband and wife team with 7 years field experience, in additional to being wonderful people!. They arrived promptly, had strict covid practices, walked me through my ductwork and gave me a fair price. During the cleaning, they showed me a bag's worth of cat hair and dirt that had been just sitting in my ducts. Manny also repaired several preexisting holes in my ducting (w/o extra charge!) from a shoddy HVAC job. It's been over a week since Duct Geeks serviced my ducts and there is no hint of mustiness and the air quality in my home is noticeably improved. Duct Geeks delivers professional duct cleaning, and they have my highest recommendation!

I also bought a groupon. I played phone tag with the gal and even her message was grumpy. When I did talk with her she also went over the fine print sizing of windows at which time I started measuring my windows. Her fine print said no bigger than 5x5 my windows were 2.5x5.5 so they were not bigger than the stated measurement. She was extremely disagreeable and suggested several times for me to get a refund! I did contact Groupon and they wanted to give me 24hours to spend my credit of $89.00. I told them this would not work for me. They told me I would get my charge card credited and that I would receive an email or phone call. I did not but I did get credit to my account that does not expire. Do not use this company. Maybe they are too busy now due to their groupon??

Exceeded our expectations! This was our first time getting duct cleaning and sanitizing and I so wish we had done it sooner. They found some surprisingly gross things in our ducts ( dead mouse!) which we would have been breathing in— so gross but I want to share with others because you absolutely want to get your ducts cleaned!! I have kids and I was concerned about air quality before we kicked up the heat for the cold months and WOW Duct Geeks did great! Very professional, very tidy in our home, and even entertained some of the questions my kids had about their cool gear. Overall a fantastic experience. Definitely go with this company and keep amazing small businesses like this going! Thank you Duct Geeks looking forward to future business with you!
