We contacted Ash Tree to clear out over growth and trees in the yard. Luke came out and created a thorough quote. After approving the plan, we were scheduled for work within days. The crew came out and did a great job. Some items from the quote were not completed, so I contacted the company. They came right back out and finished the job. We are very happy with their work and customer service, and would happily hire them again.

Poor communications between me & office/workers, who were scheduled to come out Wed AM; they rescheduled to Thurs AM 11:00 but didn't show. At 3:00 I called the office and had to leave a voice-mail; the workers showed up at 3:30, with about 1 hour of daylight left (for 5-hr job). Apologies don’t get the job done. I canceled (and lost $105 deposit and $250 cancelation fee). Cannot recommend this company.

Efficiently removed two diseased trees from between two homes. This required careful rigging to make sure there was no damage to either home. Good communication before and during the job. Left a tidy job site. Matched another quote. Highly recommend.

Luke and his competent team were at my home today (April 4, 2024), arrived on time, conducted themselves professionally and did an excellent job removing and/or pruning large trees in my backyard severely damaged by the winter storm. They finished early, cleaned up extremely well and demonstrated strong safety measures and communication throughout the job. In hindsight, I'm happy my wife and I accepted Ash Tree's earlier bid (provided by Casey who also is also a competent professional providing an easy to read bid with details regarding what needed to be done and what would be done - something Luke and his team performed admirably. Ash Tree's bid wasn't the lowest tree service bid we received. It also wasn't the highest. In terms of competency, honesty and professionalism look no further. I rarely provide business reviews - no one has asked me to provide one here. However, I feel compelled to write one in this case as it will save you a lot of time researching tree service providers looking for someone reasonable, honest and extremely competent. Tree service companies, like all service companies including dentists, plumbers, electricians, doctors, mechanics, and so one... finding a good on is extremely hard to do. There are a lot of reviews on the internet that are questionable. This one is not. Ash Tree is a "5" star tree service company!

Excellent crew (Lead was Selsen, with Kaimi and Andrew)—-and then Luke joined for about two hours as well. They are hard, careful workers at a dangerous job. (We had some definitely dead—brittle—trees.). The crew worked through the day—-and toward the end, because the chipper was down for a while, the man-power was doubled to get the job done well. This is an EXCELLENT TREE COMPANY. I’ve used them before and was very impressed at that time. They were just as terrific this time.

Find another company, they low balled the bid then raised my cost so much I was in shock, mid job. The workers were great, I hope they start their own business or find a better employer. They need an estimator who knows trees or maybe it just part of the con. I was supposed to make up for supposed loss from the inaccurate quote. I do not recommend this company and would never use them again due to double the cost. Find an honest company.

JD, Braxton, and team did a great job with our backyard landscaping project! JD put in the effort of researching what plants would work best for our needs and environment and worked with us to get the project started quickly. On planting day, Braxton and the team were efficient, neat, and kind, ensuring everything was laid out how we liked it before planting. We would recommend Ash Tree and plan to reach out for annual maintenance or future projects!

Hired to cut up & remove 1 tree that fell in windstorm and take down 2 others. All 3 trees were about 100 feet tall. Very professional. Showed up when they said they would. Gave me a fair estimate. Graciously took down a limb from a different tree that was dangling between my yard and neighbors yard and didn’t charge extra for it. Afterward, they cleaned up everything there was zero debris left. Honestly I wouldn’t bother getting other bids just call Ash Tree Enterprises.

Devon came out within two days and gave me an extremely fair bid by the end of the next day. He was very cordial, knowledgable, and kind. By the end of the week, the crew came out and removed our two huge Doug firs and cleaned up perfectly. We were told by another company that it would be foolhardy not to use a crane and street flaggers and even then, we should dig up any trees or bushes we didn't want to lose. Luke and Quinn scaled those trees like they were 15 feet tall instead of 100 feet. They carefully dropped the logs with total accuracy and didn't harm any of the plants directly under the firs. The crew was friendly and easy to talk to and got along and worked well with each other. I couldn't be more grateful for what they did. They made the painful decision to remove our trees less stressful than it could have been.

For those wondering, their quotes were fast and responsive, their staff were friendly. And the crew that was on site did quick work, good work and the next time I need to have trees removed, they'll be the first ones I call.

From start to finish, working with this company was an outstanding experience.

I submitted a request for a quote over the weekend, and they called first thing Monday morning to schedule an on-site visit that same day. Their quote was not only incredibly competitive, but significantly better than the other estimates I received.

After I approved the quote and paid the deposit, their communication remained excellent. I received the quote on Monday, and by Wednesday, the crew was at my home removing the tree.

The team was courteous, professional, and clearly took pride in their work. It was honestly fascinating to watch them in action. They worked efficiently, followed excellent safety practices, and you could tell they genuinely enjoyed working together. The crew was laughing, encouraging one another, and seemed to have a great time while still maintaining a high level of professionalism.

His crew arrived on time to prune several trees at our on acre home in Beaverton. They spent two hours, picked up and ground up all the trimmings and even did a little extra that I asked for at the last minute. The price was great. I hired Arborists of America to remove a large tree from my yard. I was very impressed with their work and their very reasonable price. They were on time, friendly and efficient. Within a very short time, they not only removed and ground the tree, they also cleaned up the area and return my garden art to its place. And they were very nice people as well.
