We really enjoyed having Chris and Daniel in our home. Not only were they very efficient and professional, they were also very personable and patient, explaining what they were doing each step of the process of fixing our basement leak. They were fast and efficient , showing up exactly when promised. They left our basement even cleaner than it already "wasn't" ☺️. We will be happy to refer them to anyone with plumbing issues

I might have reviewed the wrong location a few minutes ago! But none the less this is for the Centeal Oregon Roth. Nick and Daniel came out, crawled under the house and pinpointed a leak we couldn't find. Found it and fixed it in about an hour. Had all the parts needed and knocked it out fast! Nice guys, great work, reasonable price. Highly recommend. The office told me Roth doesn't charge extra for weekends, and that's when everything bad happens right? Thank you Nick and Daniel!

Changed water valves under kitchen sink - added new water line to refrigerator - hanged water heater air canister - flush and clean out water heater. Daniel was very - very through in his repairs - and he explained all his procedures - took pictures of all his work - very personable and professional. Roth should be proud of his capabilities and his work ethics. Kudos to Roth for having him as a Representative. I feel Roth will be my go to company in the future.

Casey Dodd came to my house this morning right on time. He checked my failed recirc pump and located a replacement in Redmond. I decided to do the replacement myself due to the costs. However, Casey was friendly and didn’t mind sharing with me where I could get the replacement pump.

Travis and Chris came out to inspect and clear a blockage. Travis was thorough and they took the time make sure everything was in order, pointed out things to look out for and potential problems that we will want to address. Would recommend if you're looking for someone for plumbing work.

We recently got a quote from Elliot for a new water heater. He was very thorough in explaining all of the options, pros and cons of each and the process for install and maintenance. He was timely and efficient with getting us a prompt quote the same day we called.

Roth Home is so easy to work with. They are very professional and polite. The tech was great and explained to me in detail what they were working on. Super transparent about pricing. Would recommences them 100%!

ROTH - Responded quickly with our failing hot water heater. Elliott was exceptional and he stayed on it until it was finished. This included having to travel multiple times to pick up parts due to part distributors errors. He got us back up quickly which was much appreciated.

We had a wonderful experience with Jake (Bailey) on a furnace check up this week. Jake carefully explained everything he had done and even showed photos of each area of the furnace. No one had ever done this before. Beyond his quality work he is a thoughtful and personable guy. This is a terrific employee and Roth is fortunate to have. Made appointment for a garage door tune-up. Two friendly and confidence-inspiring technicians arrived within the expected time frame and with advance notice, as promised. They completed their work quickly with no issues. They explained that we would likely experience a severe problem with one or the other of two components within a couple of years, but did not pressure us to address either one now. They were in full agreement with our decision to put both off until one failed. That is much appreciated, as many similar companies would work hard to get the additional work now rather than at some unknowable point in the future.

I had a water heater problem late on a Saturday and contacted Roth Home. To my surprise they said they could have someone come out on Sunday to check it out.
Nick Sherrill was the repair person that showed up before noon. He reviewed the problem and was to determine the problem. He made the necessary repairs and kept me informed as to what was the problem and d the estimated cost of repairs
Nick was able to repair the issue and completed the work very quickly. I would recommend Roth and Nick to everybody. Great service and very reasonable price.
