Cascade Roof did a great job on cleaning our roof and gutters, and treating the roof with an environmentally safe anti-moss product; roof looks the best it has in years. They did a good job communicating in advance what to expect, crew showed up on time, and cleaned up nicely afterward. Very professional and easy to work with.

The Cascade Roof Care team came to my home and did an outstanding job cleaning my home’s roof and gutters, and the shed’s roof. The moss is completely gone and the gutters sparkle. They use an eco friendly product that inhibits mold growth, no harsh chemicals. The crew was very professional, kind and friendly. They were also very knowledgeable about roof & gutter care. I highly recommend Cascade Roof Care. I plan to sign up for the annual maintenance program.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Cascade Roof Care. I had roofs on three different buildings which had been neglected for years. It was hard work getting those cleaned and treated, but Dylan and his co-workers did a fantastic job of cleaning the roofs, spraying with moss control and cleaning up all the debris. All three roofs look perfect now. I highly recommend Cascade!

I was very, very pleased with this organization – – from the office Staff that answered all of my questions and gave me options explaining each one, to the men that came and worked on my roof. They put a lot of time in working hard at it. I was greeted in the morning with an explanation of what they would be doing and would tell me what they had done/found when they left. When they left, the roof looked great and the surrounding grounds clean

I have been using Cascade for years. They keep the roofs and gutters of my home and my rentals clean and free of moss while using environmentally sound products. The owners are wonderful people and their workers are courteous and helpful. I highly recommend this company!

This was the second year in a row using Cascade, and I will continue as long as I own this house. It is so good to get the roof inspected and the gutters checked once a year - just for the peace of mind. And they leave my property cleaner than when they got here. Great crew! Great work!

These guys are a joke they were hired on by our park to rebuild carports, they damaged our car, wich he had to pay for and got fixed by todds wich wasn't that great of a job, but 6 months after thier still coming to fix carports they newly rebuilt are still leaking. Our carport wasn't leaking before they replaced it now the new one leaks everywhere. Go figure, they built them wrong. Word of advice dont use these guys!!!

Terrible experience do NOT hire them. They were hired to replace a shower and had no idea what they were doing. Good luck to anyone that hires them .

Overall experience was unprofessional. The lack of communication was the worst & the lack of care. The prices were a-lot higher than others I found out later, but unfortunately I didn’t have time to shop around at that time for other prices. The job they did only took them less than an hour, but it kept being pushed back several times without letting me know they weren’t coming out. Just excuses after excuses. The job they did was fine when they finally got to it. I would not refer them to nobody or will I have them come out anymore in the future. Just a frustrating experience!
