Project went extremely smooth, communication was great and guys were friendly to work with. Project area was left clean of debris. Highly recommend 4 Point and will call them back out when our next project comes up.

Project details: Replaced meter main and electrical panel (upgraded to 40/80) with new 4/0 service conductors, and mast. Wired in new backup generator connection for back feeding panel during outages.

Jesse was professional and knowledgeable during the inspection, planning and estimate. Logan did excellent work wiring up my auxiliary box and connecting the hot tub. I couldn’t be happier.

Four points electric came out to give me an estimate on repairs to my 1900 home in Cottage Grove. I was in the process of buying the home and a few things needed to be addressed Per the inspection. Four points came out and did a thorough check on what was listed on the inspection on top of a few other things. Brian told me that if I went with their services to ask for time and materials as it would give me a better price point compared to the general estimate he gave me which I needed to use in negotiations for the purchase of the home. I appreciated that he passed that on that savings as shortly after I bought the house, and I decided to use 4 Points. Brian sent out another electrician, Garrett, to take care of my house. Very nice, knowledgeable young man. He took very good care of me, replacing simple things or making dimmer switch lights available to me immediately. We both did a lot of trouble shooting together. He was very good at explaining to me how things work while we were trouble shooting and understood my concerns for safety. He had to go under the house and put in some boxes. He was very thorough, not afraid to get dirty. He even figured out why my fan/light wasn't getting lights. I'm very pleased with the service and I will use them again if I need major electrical work, or install anything which requires electricity go to it such as the replacement of my wall heater in the future.

4Point Electric is wonderful to work with. We have used them multiple times for various projects. They just finished up with the electrical installation of our 40 x 60’ shop. We had to get our electrical panel changed and got a few quotes. 4 Point not only did a perfect job but for a price we could actually afford. They were communicative throughout the whole process, right on time, and when the city came out to shut the power off and back on they all were friends which I loved. 4 Point is local, fair and does a top notch job.

I had my generator put in in December and contacted 4 Point because they were referred to me from a previous customer. I couldn't have been happier with the entire process. They were very good at communicating with me, answered all of my questions without hesitation, and since the project have been very responsive with any questions I have had. I would highly recommend them.

Logan showed up ready to go. We talked about what I needed, and some ideas I had. I feel Logan listened and understood what I wanted, and he did. When he was finished, he asked if I needed anything else, like he was willing to help...

It makes me feel good and secure when workers talk positively about their company and team. Logan was efficient, nice and seems to care for his customers. He is a GEM.

Brian and Ben were excellent to work with. Brian carefully assessed our somewhat unusual backup power requirements and selected a generator that fit our needs perfectly. He identified and corrected prior electrical work to ensure everything was safe and properly configured. Ben handled the installation cleanly and professionally.

They took the time to educate me on how the system works and answered all my questions. Brian even created a clear, step-by-step video of me going through the process so I can operate everything confidently.

The final setup is thoughtful, safe, and fully functional. We’re very grateful for their professionalism, clarity, and attention to detail throughout the process.

Well driving down the road and a guy driving a company vehicle was cutting in and out of traffic and cur me off and processed to drive at 85 plus not good for marketing license plate was 47457 oregon they need to learn to drive or leave earlier

One of the drivers for this place is a reckless driver in traffic. Right before Laura street he floored his truck (with the big Olson Industrial Electric advertisement right on the side) and cut me off. I heard his truck accelerate and he was easily going 40 right in the small stretch before the highway and the right turn. If I had been going any faster he would've clipped my car and got into an accident. Will not recommend this company to anybody due to this individuals negligence in the road.

Your company driver (truck 156) cut me off doing 30+ over the posted speed limit on beltline tonight, 2/4/25. He is lucky he did not cause an accident.

Came here to comment on reckless, driving and poor behavior on one of your drivers and came to find out this is a common occurrence. Very disappointing maybe hire better drivers if you’re going to put your logo on a van where they drive and put others in danger. They wouldn’t let me merge into traffic and put me in a dangerous situation when I had children in my car and then they started yelling at me for being in a merge lane. Letting your drivers act like that is your choice, but it’ll affect your business eventually so good luck.
