Garner Electric installed patio heaters for us. They did excellent work, worked through problems, paid attention to detail, and were very responsive to our concerns about aesthetics as well as functionality. All employees were very professional and skilled and their subcontractors were similarly professional. It was an excellent experience and we would definitely hire them again. We called Aric after 3 p.m. on a Friday, as our ancient rental electric service had literally blown out. He was in the driveway in 15 minutes! By midnight we had a new panel, meter base and ground system, and all the hooking up of the branch circuits was complete. He also made timely contact with the utility, and the drop line to the house was both disconnected and reconnected in a timely fashion. Aric's workmanship is absolutely impeccable. For example, he bored a new hole in the roof for the mast so precisely that he was able to drop the mast into the meter base from the roof and screw it in with no help at all, and the mast rested right against the siding. He also was very careful to ensure that both the meter panel and the breaker panel were perfectly level! I work in the plumbing/electric dept. of a locally-owned large home improvement store, and Aric was totally OK with using parts that I bought myself. Not only did he work diligently, but he willingly discussed all aspects of the project with me. Our renters were very grateful to be able to come back home and have electricity.

Lohner Electric is beyond amazing! Not only were they able to fit us in amidst a crazy snow storm that had most of the area without power, they were straightforward about pricing and the repair. Aric was so kind and informative and took extra care to make sure the job was done as best as possible for us to prevent further issues with our electrical mast. He took extra time to make sure we understood the issue and the work necessary to correct it. I can’t imagine hiring anyone else and Lohner will always be my family’s go to electrician when needed.

For the last couple of years we've used Lohner Electric for our residential electrical needs. To say we've always been more than satisfied with their skill, ingenuity, & promptness would be an understatement! Today was a perfect example of how Aric, his staff & his business overall treat his customers: after I failed to get our pool lights working, Aric immediately noted the GFI was off & difficult to engage. After showing me some options for engagement, Aric reset the GFI, got the lights working, & salved my "personal chagrin" by making me feel less foolish and waiving his billing!! His repeated honor & honesty over the years have led to this well deserved 5 star reference! I wholeheartedly recommend others make Lohner Electric their first (& probably only!) call!!
