Showed up just over 20 minutes late, went an hour over the projected wait time, broke the door stop in one of the bedrooms, (I was told to clear the floors for the carpet removal, left my robe hanging) the fabric that allows for a robe to be hung has been ripped off. All minor issues, just want you to know what you're in for. Retrospectively, I wish I insisted to stay in my apartment while they worked. I may be mistaken, but I'm pretty sure they left some of their tools behind- I now magically have random equipment I never had before. Not very friendly workers, aside from Willie- only reason why I gave an extra star. He was professional and friendly.

Did you guys know that your employee called my office today and spewed abusive and hateful language at me using YOUR phone lines??? Thats how I got the name of the business. You may want to look into this issue. NOT GOOD!!!!!!

I had an appointment between eight and 10 today for my rugs. Instead they told me that they were coming at noon. I had to make sacrifices to rearrange my schedule and my animals for them to tell me this I feel like this is very unprofessional of them. They should’ve let me know ahead of time.

I posted a complaint recently and have lost the name/ph # of the man who called me about it. He told me Tim would be contacting me today for resolution to our problems and Tim did come to our apartment building and talked with me and my neighbor. However, after talking with our building manager & on her speaker phone with Tim just now, I learned that he was not honest with me and was not helpful to my neighbor who had previous work done by PG Long.

Ran into a dude acting like a tough guy telling me I can’t park on the public street infront of his place. Instead of having a head and shoulders he turned it into an issue and thinks he can put cones out for customers on a public street, did I mention this business has a parking lot? Where do they get off thinking they own the street and that they can talk the way they did to me or whomever else parks infront of their business.

Very un happy, I hired them to repair the floors in my kitchen, dining room, hall way and main bathroom. They were prompt with the initial repairs and install. They how ever we’re not gentle. When removing the mob boards the scrapped along the walls with their putty knives causing me having to repaint after words, they did not reinstall all mob boards (had to have them come back out to finish) and the half of them they did reinstall where done very poorly. Now the worst part around 8 months or so later the center of my dining floor has begun to droop.

I have contacted them several times to warranty their work after a number of text messages and calls they finally agreed to come out and look at it. Then agreeing to come fix the issue but never actually coming. Now the rep will not even return my calls or respond to my text messages.

Definitely do not recommend their services!

Seems to have a good reputation. Yet my boss recently hired this company to clean the carpets of a manufactured home. Afterwards I had to spend almost 2 and half hours cleaning the very carpets they cleaned. A picture of just part of one room and then a picture of how much I cleaned up in total. A refund should be in order for my boss who frequently uses this company.

Worker William should not be working with the public. He was extremely hostile during our interaction and repeatedly talked over me instead of listening or attempting to resolve the issue. The lack of basic professionalism and communication made the situation unnecessarily stressful. Customer-facing roles require patience and respect, and this experience fell far below that standard.
