Home Services reviews in Springfield, Oregon

Had the office carpeting cleaned yesterday and ServiceMaster was fantastic! Jacob showed up ten minutes early, was polite and professional and did a very thorough job. I will be returning to these services in the future!

Mark does a great job doing turnovers/carpet cleaning for us. I would highly recommend him. Always very professional and meets deadlines. He does a very thorough job.

Mark is such a pro! He’s always there when I need him and my old dirty carpets always look like new when he leaves. Well, not new of course, but they are very clean! And no more pet stains or odors! 😻

So fortunate to have stumbled upon this small business. Mark was awesome and did a wonderful job with my carpets. I’m looking forward to having this trusted service in the future!

Mark did a fantastic job on my carpets. He gave me some really useful advice about my carpets and the air quality improvement. I would definitely recommend Mark to anyone looking for a professional carpet cleaner who really cares and knows what he's doing.

Mark with Steam Masters is professional, reliable, conscientious and always does a great job. If a problem comes up, you can count on him to take care of it.
With 2 dogs and 5 cats, I regularly need help with cleaning floors and furniture.
I highly recommend Mark for getting the job done.

We have used Mark on a few different occasions. Each time is has been prompt, friendly and thorough. We have white carpets and they have looked amazing after each cleaning. Mark has also cleaned our couch and vinyl flooring. Vinyl Flooring was squeaky clean. Thank you Mark, we will be calling again in the future.

Mark McCollom at Steam Masters has been cleaning my rugs, tile and upholstery for almost 20 years. I've never found a reason to go anywhere else, because Mark is timely, pleasant, accommodating, efficient and everything turns out beautifully! I just hope he stays in business another 20 years!

We had Mark come out and clean our carpets and he did an amazing job! Our carpets had old pet stains and smelled of urine, and our carpets look and smell like we just moved in! Very happy with our results!

The best service hands down! ! !
Mark was very professional and extremely nice. My sofas, chairs and rugs are very happy (which makes me very happy)
I will definitely use his service again !!!

Mark is very professional, highly detailed. He restored our dog, cat, and teen abused carpets from grimy to looking brand new! Would absolutely recommend!!

Mark came highly recommended from our previous carpet cleaner, who moved out of the area. Mark is now the only carpet cleaning company we go through. He has cleaned our couches, carpets and area rugs. He does a fantastic job every time and is punctual, polite and easy to communicate with. I also find his rates more than reasonable. If you need a job done, call Mark!

Mark was exceptional in cleaning my carpets and some of my sofa’s cushions. Mark is vey friendly and very helpful moving some of the furniture. I am very please with how good he is and I will recommend Steam Masters to anyone.

We see Mark twice a year (at minimum, unless we spill something awful!). The service he provides is above-and-beyond great! The carpet looks perfect when he is finished, and it stays nice for easily 6 months (unless we spill something awful!).....and if we do, he has been known to make time to come on call...always the same day or the next. And he magically turns our older carpet into a lovely, inviting, soft backdrop. His rates are quite reasonable and are a great value for the service he provides.

Mark is friendly, professional, and punctual! I have hired Mark for many carpet cleaning jobs and have always been extremely pleased and often shocked by the results! Highly recommend!

We had excellent service. Prompt communication and great outcome from the carpet cleaning. We will definitely be using Mark and his business again and we highly recommend them. Very responsibly priced as well.

Mark is an excellent businessman and an even more amazing floor cleaning professional! He did a commercial cleaning for us! As a business it's nice to have other local businesses to work beside and to help each other and he was excellent! We truly appreciate his hard work and dedication to do such an amazing job. He even worked late hrs to appease the needs of our client so yay to him!

Mark has always given prompt and professional service . The quality of his work is always excellent. I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for carpet cleaning from someone who takes pride in workmanship.

Mark@Steam Masters Carper Cleaning is absolutely amazing, he, and his employee did a fantastic job, I’m very impressed, plus he’s just an all around great guy, if you need carpet cleaning, I most definitely recommend this company

Mark is absolutely amazing. He does a thorough job and always goes the extra mile to make the customer happy. I used him for years with a property management company that had over 500 unit and over a hundred turning over in a summer. I also have used him on all my personal rentals. He is a really good person and has a great word ethic.

I am a property owner and landlord in Lane county. I met Mark McCollom 20 years ago, the first
time I had him clean the carpets in one of my units. Between then and now I've never once been
disappointed with his work, attitude or professionalism. At times, he's done wonders with carpet
that I was almost sure had been destroyed. At the same time he's very straightforward and
realistic about what he expects to be able to do. I found more often than not the results were
even better than what he had predicted. In the very few times that there's been an issue after
the cleaning, Mark has responded immediately and made timely arrangements to try again on a
problem area when that's what the situation called for. He performed this follow-up work at no
additional charge and has always tried his best to make sure I'm satisfied with his service.
As a retired contractor and long time owner of investment property, I've worked with many
subcontractors and service businesses over the years. I'm quick to recommend Mark and his
services to anyone in need of carpet cleaning as I'm always sure they won't be disappointed.
