We have been customers of Brothers for years for carpet cleaning and we’ve always had excellent customer service! Efficient, professional & friendly employees. Very thorough and their extraction vacuum leaves the carpet pretty dry so in about 7 hours it’s dry. Somehow, they make our old carpet look like new. And they remove spots we can’t get out. We also asked Ben to call ahead so we can put the dogs away and he always does so. We really appreciate Brothers!

This place is a joke . They do not stand by there word . They treat employees awful and with no respect . Over work you and won't pay like they say they will . Customers houses , businesses, etc are being cross contaminated because they don't use separate rags to clean with ( that's why colored rags was made)to use each one for a different task toilets for toilets , kitchen eith kitchen walls with walls !! Not omega they use same ones to wipe bathroom toilet sink in the kitchen or on walls in front room disgusting surprised no ones got sick . If there was a option for half star I would use it . Definitely not worth working for and definitely not worthy to pay them to contaminate your house or place of business.
