COIT Cleaning and Restoration

I have to say I was debating weather to buy new carpets or get them cleaned one more time. 21-year-old carpets are getting old especially with two dogs. This is my first time using Coit Chris did an excellent job cleaning my sectional sofa and all the carpets and stairs in the house. I will only use Coit from here out!

Did great job on kitchen tile.. They worked very hard and did the job in a timely manner..

I had the good folks at Coit in Eugene come out to deep clean a whole lot of ceramic tile flooring that I have throughout the house as well as doing one tile shower/bathtub surround. I could not be happier with the service. They did an outstanding job in removing decades of dirt that had accumlated in my unsealed tile floors and a moderate amount of soap scum on the shower surround. After that, they sealed the tile so dirt will not accumlate as it has in the past. They were resonably priced for all of the work involved, which was considerable, and professional all along the way, arriving on time, being efficient with their time and doing a great job. In addition, Chris was able to work with some of the damaged caulking around the shower/tub surround by cleaning out some of the old stuff, letting it dry out for a day or two, and then coming back to recaulk it. It is clear that Chris has had a lot of experience in this field, is extremely knowledgable and able to give advice to procure the best outcome. It's rare these days to have folks be this professional and courteous and even more so to be as expert in the field and it was much appreciated. Based on this, most positive experience, I will consider using Coit, in Eugene, as it's a franchise, for any one of a number of other services they offer in the future. I don't have pics to offer and/but, the place looks great. It's just a pleasure now.

Here's an update in 2024. I also had occasion to have them come and do some rugs and carpeting in the house more than once as well as carpeting on the walls of my little travel trailer. Once again, the results were outstanding. All of it cleaned up really really well, much improved over the company I used before coit.

As was the case in the tile cleaning effort, they were extremely professional, on time, cleaned up very very well, and generally got the work done in a very timely manner.

I could not be more pleased. It's rare these days to find a company that you can rely on as much as I now have done with coit.
