I called on a Sunday. Mike answered and spent a lot of his own time, on his day off, troubleshooting my problem. He saved me several hundred dollars without changing me a dime. I will definitely be calling again when I have plumbing issues!

These guys are great. They know what they are doing and efficient. We called them at 11am on a Wednesday expecting that they wouldn't be able to come by until Monday. It's now 2:20pm on the same day and they have already been here, fixed the problem and left an hour ago.I highly recommend them.

Ethan was great! Responsive, on-time, kind and fair. He did an evaluation of our hot water heater.

We called Ethan out to plumb a new shower and the nozzle is leaking (badly) we have called them 4 plus times to come back out and no response, no return call, crickets. And their hourly rate was quite high

Had a leaking shower faucet handle. The plumper twice had to have someone bring him another tool. This was a very simple and straightforward job. I was charged for two hours while he stood around for over one hour. I should not be responsible for the inexperience and unpreparedness of the person doing the repair. i notified the company - twice- but did not hear back from them.

I can’t say enough good things about C & R Plumbing! I had just purchased a new home and was horrified to find water backing up everywhere. C & R dropped everything to come out immediately and save the day. They snaked out all my pipes and found a bunch of construction rags clogging the lines—an absolute nightmare! Had a leak in my water main they were out the next morning and had it fixed and affordable prices..

Scheduling service never did call back or schedule an appointment.

Joe however did wonderful work when he came out on a previous call.

They were amazing! My dad had a leak under his house and they came out the day I called to help him. I will always call them first.

Called several times needing a backflow test. Never received a call back. After repeated calls to the company, nobody returned my call. So now it's February and I need a backflow test because my water is fixing to get shut off. Thanks, Right Way!

I spoke to the appointment maker...she took all my info about my rental property and tenant and said they will schedule. It's been 3 weeks and nothing. Why do you tell people you will schedule and then do nothing? Not good. Unacceptable. Good thing there are other plumbers in Eugene.

Bo at right way plumbing was very professional and took the time to answer all my questions. He was very through and found the leak in no time.

Update: the communication could be better. I called in Tuesday to have someone come out on Wednesday for a repair. They were suppose to call me with an exact time..they never did. I left a message at 4pm on Wednesday and at 12pm on Thursday... still waiting to hear back.

So grateful Christian was available on such short notice. Our hose bib was exploding and we had to turn the water off to the whole house. Christian was able to fix it in an hour! He was fast, knowledgeable, and thorough. He will be our first call for anything plumbing related in the future
