Reviews of local pros in Springfield, Oregon

Every single interaction with this company, from the initial phone call, to the call to let me know they were running a bit ahead of schedule and could they come a bit early, to the quick removal of our "pile o' junk" was nothing short of fantastic. Very professional, friendly, and efficient. We will use this company time and again and highly recommend you do too!

I previously hired the Recycler's to move the entire content of my office from one location to another and they had done the work in an efficient and careful way and for a very reasonable cost. A couple days ago they came to haul a variety of odds and ends including some lumber and metal from my home. Again they were very efficient and sorted all the items in different piles in their truck insuring that recyclable items would not end up in the dump. The Recycler's offer a very valuable service to individual and businesses while also providing the community at large with a local solution to a local problem.

We had a “well-loved” love seat that we needed to dispose of. I called The Recyclers. The woman who answered the phone was very nice, as well as professional, and gave us an appointment for 2 days away. The men who came were quick, efficient, and personable. We’re hanging on to their business card. A good resource to have. I heartily recommend them!

Just had the recyclers out to our rental that we are preparing to sale. 15 years of junk from past tenants needed to be removed. The recyclers were great. They came out within the week. Collected all sorts of stuff from children’s toys, household items, garden furniture and even old bricks and yard debris. They organize everything in there truck so you know that they will get it to the right hands. Excellent fast work. Good price for what they took away. I recommend you check them out!

We love The Recycler’s! We’ve hired them a few times now to remove items, including a hot tub from our house and they are fast, efficient, friendly and very reasonably priced. Highly recommended!!!

What a professional staff! When scheduling the appointment they made sure to give me specific instructions. And the crew which arrived were so kind. They hauled away a very heavy item and it only took them 10 minutes to get it into their truck. Thank you The Recyclers for the assistance! I sing your praises to everyone! If you ever need someone to haul away some junk, please call them. They are local and are very reasonable with their rates. I will certainly keep their business card handy. Thanks again!

They removed a refrigerator promptly from our curb as well as some moving boxes from the garage. Reasonably priced, friendly and quick! They came the day after we called.

I called The Recyclers to pick up a vehicle engine out of my garage. They even showed up early (due to a couple of cancellations), and they took away the engine and a couple of other things that were stacked up in the area. Very nice, very professional, and a pleasure to work with. I will call them again when I finished cleaning out the garage and yard -- they also haul away junk piles and can even do some basic repair work. I highly recommend them.

4/25/25: I had the pleasure of hiring this crew again to haul stuff out of my garage. As always, very professional, prompt, really nice, and a pleasure to work with. And they do SO much more than haul stuff! They can help load and unload trucks, take moss off roofs, and a whole lot of other things. And if they don't do it, they probably know someone who does that they will recommend. I'm getting ready to move so I know I'll be calling them again to help me out. If you need anything done around your home, I highly recommend calling these folks first, to see if it's something they can help with. Excellent job!!

Great experience! Professional, prompt, friendly… and strong! Two men moved a big, heavy, 100-year-old piano, and made it look easy! So impressed. So grateful. I whole-heartedly recommend them!

They were very careful in sorting items to be donated, recycled, or tossed. They were a pleasure to work with in cleaning out my sister's house. Thank you.

Amazing. Would give them 10 stars if I could. Very fast and kind. Couldn’t thank them more for the awesome work. Found out they do more than just junk removal, but debris and gutter cleaning, will 100% be using their services again.

The Recyclers are amazing! They tackled a huge cleanup on our country property, including clearing out 30+ years of stuff from our barn, mowing, tree trimming, dump runs, landscaping, and recycling—they truly did it all. They were easy to work with, very responsive, and flexible as the scope and schedule shifted. I appreciated their can-do attitude and attention to detail. I honestly don’t think there’s anything they can’t do! Highly recommend.

I called this service early this week and they were able to get us scheduled for Thursday to demo and haul away an old hot tub that came with our house. They were professional, respectful, quick and even cleaned up the pathway to and from where the hot tub was. Can't recommend them enough!

Will absolutely hire again!! They were very kind, always prompt to respond to emails and calls and answer any questions, were priced fairly, and did the job well! Thank you guys so much! :)

They were prompt, efficient and swept up after the junk was cleared out! Thank you!
Will use again for my rental property if needed.

The crew was FANTASTIC. They came out when they said they would and bid the job and then showed up on time and handled a huge clean up task quickly. They were polite, professional and got the job done. I would highly recommend the team.

I saw this crew at work about two weeks ago and was really impressed by their work. I booked them to clean up piles at two move out addresses. Both piles were sufficient and included a mattress and some construction materials.
They were on time, efficient, super curious, and left the area totally clean and swept. I would definitely use them again and will refer them to others. (I don’t have a photo of the before pile at the site with the mattress, but the after photo speaks to how clean they left that mess!)

I recently used The Recycler's for couch removal, and the whole experience was seamless. The team arrived right on time, gave me a courtesy call beforehand, and handled everything efficiently. They were careful not to damage walls or floors while carrying the couch out, which I really appreciated. The whole process took less than 20 minutes, and I didn’t have to lift a finger. Highly recommend their service for anyone needing furniture removal!

They were timely in scheduling the pick up of a hot tub that a previous owner left on my property. I can tell customer service is important to them. They even removed the debris that had collected under the hot tub.

they were super friendly and helpful from the moment I called to the moment they came next day to pick up my Mattresses! I would definitely use them again! went up the stairs, grab the mattresses and took them away in no time! TY!!
