I had an emergency. My dog chased a cat underneath my house into the crawl space that I could not fit into and seemed to be stuck. I called non-emergency police number.... called the fire department .....called even animal control. And they all told me no. So I called SERVPRO and they said yes. They had someone to my house within twenty minutes of the phone call. Very polite very courteous..... Jumped straight into action crawled directly under the house, found my dog and set him free. In April 2024, I called Servpro seeking documentation of the repair (to satisfy our insurer) and have received prompt, professional and helpful response from Servpro staff. There was no question about the validity of my request about a job 12 months ago. They stood and delivered, seemingly with a smile. Again, stellar customer support.

The most unprofessional company I have ever been a witness to. They were hired over 2 years ago for a mold remediation. While here, employees stepped through our roof twice and the job took twice as long as stated. They left very large piece of their equipment here. We called multiple times for them to come get it, it was never picked up. Over two years sitting in our garage we tried to get ride of the equipment, seeing we are not a storage unit. At this point a member of the company called the police on us, as if we were the criminals. The only criminals here is the company that charges this much just to have the mold return to the same area remediated shortly later and the people who expect you to keep their huge equipment rent free. I will never use them again and make sure to share this story with everyone who has needs within their scope of work.

Such a great company and all the technicians are so friendly I have dealt with multiple technicians from this company due to a big job remodeling my bathroom and they have all been so friendly and so helpful along with getting things done fast, I would highly recommend them ,thank you John,uri and Francisco and all the other technicians I've been dealing with these last couple weeks

Laura and the Servpro techs have been a lifesaver. All 22 units at the apartments I manage were catastrophically flooded this week and the Servpro heroes have been diligently working to fix the damage. They are the best! I can't say enough about how grateful I am to have them on the job. It's been an overwhelming and stressful situation but their services have made it much less so, for that I'm forever grateful.
