Took a month to get an appointment, took 5 minutes to tell me my freezer had a coolant leak, would get back to me with a quote. Nothing yet. I called them 3 days in a row. Still nothing.

Dropped off are washer to be repaired and three weeks later we r picking it up because they have not repaired it or even looked at it. And we never received a call to state that they were backed up

Always been good to me. They are short on techs now so they are backed up on service calls. Honest and reasonably priced
