House Cleaning reviews in St Helens, Oregon

I live in Rainier Or and for some reason have a moss problem, on the parking pad walkway and especially the roof. I have cleaned it myself in the past then my Wife banned me from going on the roof ( hard to admit age has caught up to me). The MJM job leader was cordial and followed requests. They did a good job of cleaning moss off the roof and cleaning up afterwards. I asked his opinion on remaining life of the roof and he said it was OK and why. They put a moss preventive solution on the roof but I can't evaluate it's effectiveness because it was just applied. Overall I am happy and would use MJM again.

I recently hired NJM Roof & Gutter Cleaning to tackle a few cleaning projects around my house, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results! From roof cleaning to gutter cleaning, window cleaning, house washing, and even pressure washing, the team did an incredible job.

The crew showed up on time, super friendly, and ready to work. They started with the roof cleaning, which had built up some moss and dirt over the years. It looks brand new now, and I can tell it's going to help with the roof's longevity. The gutter cleaning was just as impressive. They cleared out everything from leaves to small twigs, ensuring that water will flow properly when it rains. I’ve had issues with clogged gutters before, so it was nice to know they were taken care of.

The window cleaning was a game changer! My windows hadn't been this clear in ages, and they didn't leave any streaks behind, which I’ve had trouble with in the past. As for the house washing, I was blown away. The exterior of my house looks spotless. They even cleaned up areas I hadn’t thought of, like the side of the garage and my front porch, making everything look fresh and well-maintained.

Lastly, their pressure washing service was excellent. My driveway and patio look amazing – all the built-up dirt and grime is gone, and it really enhanced the curb appeal of my home.

All in all, I couldn’t be happier with the work that NJM Roof & Gutter Cleaning did. They were professional, efficient, and genuinely cared about getting the job done right. If you need any roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, window cleaning, house washing, or pressure washing done, I highly recommend them!

NJM did a great job cleaning my roof. Cameron was flexible and easy to work with. Best of all, he was true to his his initial estimate and cost bid. I recommend NJM.

I would highly recommend this business. Cameron reached out the same day I requested an estimate. He was able to come out the next day and give me an estimate to complete the work within the timeframe I needed. The team member who came out did a great job on the house. I appreciate the business being professional, punctual, and having great communication skills overall.

They did a great gutter cleaning job on my Scappoose home, I will definitely have them back every year.

I scheduled a gutter cleaning for my grandma’s house remotely. The team was very communicative, polite, friendly, and did an amazing job!

I recently hired NJM Roof & Gutter Cleaning to clean my roof, deck, siding and windows. They washed the windows both inside and outside. The outside process was interesting, using very clean rinse water. The team was professional and thorough. Everything was spotless. I highly recommend them.

NJM Roof & Gutter Cleaning was so easy to work with! They gave us a free quote and when we accepted they came out the next week to do roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, and window cleaning. Everyone was professional and got the job done right without disrupting our lives. So glad we chose them to get our home ready for spring!

The crew of NJM Roof & Gutter Cleaning were professional, efficient, friendly and very skilled in every step from estimate to finish of job. They gave excellent service and I most certainly would hire them again

We were so happy with the quick response to our inquiry, the quote, and the service! He was honest about what we needed and didn't try to upsale just for the sake of making money. Camron responded quickly to texts and any questions. The crew showed up early, after asking if that was OK, and got right to work. We would highly recommend this company, and will be using them for future service as needed!

The whole process was quick and easy to get my gutters cleaned. Would recommend and use them again!

We have used this company for several years for gutter cleaning and have been impressed with their work. As a result we plan to schedule additional services such as window cleaning, power washing and gutter repairs. They are knowledgeable; staff is well trained; polite and they leave the work area immaculate. Their availability is always flexible to meet our needs. In addition, they are just plain nice and they treat their staff just as nicely. We are happy to recommend them.

From the estimate to the execution, everything was excellent. Received estimate and the next week work was scheduled. I received a house washing, window cleaning and gutter cleaning. Very responsive, great communication and fast efficient work. My house was VERY filthy and it looks as close to brand new a 20 y/o house can. Both gentlemen are professional, knowledgeable and personable. Price for all the work was fair and industry standard. I highly recommend NJM and they now have a long term customer!

NJM Roof and Gutter Cleaning did an excellent job inspecting, cleaning, and repairing my gutters. The moss removal was excellent as well. Soft brushed the entire roof removing bigger pieces of moss, then completely sprayed and covered entire roof from top to bottom with their moss killing solution. Angel's attention to detail was the best. He even came back the next morning to rinse the house in areas of overspray. He also fixed a couple of bent gutter nails, and covered all the exposed nails and flashing on my roof with roof sealant. I would recommend your company to anyone. Their work ethic and communication are outstanding!

I own a local roofing company and we use NJM Roof and Gutter Cleaning frequently when our customers need roof cleaning and gutter cleaning services. They show up on time, take great care in completing the work, and do a great job cleaning up after! We wouldn't trust anyone else on our clients' homes. They do such a good job that our clients have booked them separately for house washing and window cleaning on many occasions! Very highly recommend!

Have had NJM clean gutters and clean roofs on serval of our rentals, always punctual and do the work as described.

First time using NJM. They came highly recommended by our roofing company. Requested full roof and gutter cleaning, and application of moss treatment to all necessary areas. Nathan, co-owner, was more thorough than any company we have used in the 26 years we've had our home. He was respectful of our property and did an amazing cleanup when the job was completed, leaving our grounds in better appearance than when he arrived. He fully explained every aspect of what he found, and what he did to be sure that our gutters were free-flowing of all debris. He is personable and knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Excellent experience from first phone call to finish. They provide numerous other services and we expect to use them again.

My roof was cleaned off with a blower and then the gutters were cleaned out. Finally, debris from the roof was cleaned up from my yard. My roof was also treated so moss would not grow! My Beaverton roof and gutter are clean and ready to survive high winds and an atmospheric river this weekend ! I would hire this company again!

Camron is awesome to work with and a great communicator! Angel came out and worked really hard to clean my roof and gutters and install gutter guards! Overall great local company with above and beyond service!

Had great experience with NJM. They cleaned the roof and performed some repairs as promised on the date of service in Scappoose. Would definitely recommend to others!

NJM was great! Quick estimate and scheduling. They came out and cleaned debris off our roof, treated it for moss, and cleaned out our gutters. A couple things were missed during the initial visit and I reached out to see if it could be corrected. They came back out (no questions asked) and made sure everything was taken care of. I really appreciated their willingness to ensure all the work was completed and well done. We'll be using NJM in the future. Thanks!
