They accomodated the appt for a time that I needed, Tom was very professional, told me and showed me what the problem was, had the parts with him to fix it and the charges were very reasonable..

They were able to quickly respond for a quote request but after we exchanged few emails they quoted me for something i did not ask. My ask was to replace 2 leaking garden faucet and inspect water heater. They quoted me for water heater replacement. When tried to follow up to get a proper quote haven't heard from them back. Not serious business.

We've had two different jobs done by NW Plumbing. We had new fictures in our upstairs bathroom put it. The larger job was a new shower stall in our downstairs bathroom. In both cases the work was done promptly, they cleaned up after themselves and their workers know their stuff. We are very happy with the results. Good communication and reasonable up-front pricing.

The plumber was awsome! He was short a part on the truck and let me run to Ace hardware why he worked. That alone saved me over 50 dollars. I highly recommend this buisness!
