Tristan and Ignacio from Hart Property Maintenance stopped by the other day for the annual spring clean up.

Services were performed in both the front and back yards, including trimming of shrubs and trees as well as cleaning up the plants in the two tier retaining wall.

I cannot say enough good things about the quality of work of their work as well as the prompt and efficient manner in which the annual clean up was completed.

I have used Jeff Hart and the folks from Hart Property Maintenance for the past five years for backflow testing, irrigation system management (which cut my summer watering bills by 40%), lawn fertilization and the annual yard/shrub clean up.

I would give 10 stars but Google only lets me go to 5.

Very happy customer and would glady give a recommendation without any hesitation for Jeff and his crew.

Hart PM helped me when I needed it the most and fit me in their schedule. Ignacio went above and beyond taking care of my property, even going as far as to sweep up the few remaining grass clippings on my driveway before he left.

Hart PM graded and gravelled my driveway. They did an excellent job and got it done quickly. I was living with mud from trenching for electricity and water. I only did half of my driveway and will definitely have them come back when my construction is done to finish the other half. Very reasonable prices. I’m very happy.

Jeff was a lifesaver. Long story short, he was able to diagnose a problem with my sprinkler system via phone/text message and offered to stop by on his way home- same day. He saved me a HUGE water bill, he dug out so I could get to my shutoff valve(So I can have water back to my house) and suggested what I can do for a long term fix. I would 10/10 recommend him for any landscaping/sprinkler needs, he knows his stuff! Thanks again Jeff

Hart PM was incredibly efficient on getting my backflow test completed for the city of Aumsville on the same day I inquired! They also took care of the paperwork so I didn't have to do anything! Super reasonable prices. Excellent customer service. Took care of my needs in a very timely manner. Even winterized my sprinkler system while doing the backflow test. Couldn't have ask for any better! Thank you guys!

A high-quality, local team with reliable service

We could not be happier with the service that Jeff and his crew provided us! They added a gravel driveway to our yard and laid sod for the rest of it, we finally have the curb appeal we've always wanted! The work is quality and they make you feel like a priority. We look forward to working with them again on future property improvements, we can't recommend them enough!

We hired Hart PM to hang our holiday lights and couldn't have been more impressed. They were installed quickly, securely, and looked beautiful. They have the highest level of professionalism and we plan to use them for many years.

We were very pleased with the work the team did. They took our algae covered water feature and returned it to its natural beauty. The fountain works better than it did before.They were able to come out quickly and charged a reasonable price. We will use them again.

Our pond was leaking and in dire need of a make-over. We contacted Jeff to help us. He came with a crew, bringing rocks of similar color and various sizes. In days, they built a waterfall with 2 sources and areas for birds to drink and bathe. They also planted moss in cervices and supplied a natural tree root. I will be planting more small plants to enhance the entire effect. I could not be happier with the job Jeff and his crew did on our pond and is now a wonderful focal point to our backyard.

I contracted Hart PM to install a UV sterilizer and clean our 1,000 gallon goldfish pond. I put the pond in approximately 20 years ago, it's 32'' deep and never been thoroughly cleaned. Hart PM showed up on time, carefully installed a UV sterilizer, drained and cleaned pond. They carefully re-introduced the fish back to the pond(no casualties). They were very professional in everything they did. Our fish seem to be very happy with a cleaner pond. Hart PM was competitively priced and I will use them on future projects as well as recommending them to others...

We recently built a deck for Hart PM as part of a larger landscape design for one of their clients. They were great to work with! They communicate well, are super reliable, have high standards, do excellent work, and have all of the necessary tools to transform your back yard. I highly recommend them.

Really nice and knowledgeable guys came out to give me a bid. However, it's been almost a week, and I haven't heard back. will update if they get back to me.
