Scheduled for an estimate. Waited hours and tried to contact them without success. Never showed up and never contacted us to explain. Then randomly showed up at my house with no notice 4 days later without contacting us about their failure to keep the initial appointment or to ask to reschedule. Very unprofessional and terrible customer service.

What an awesome company! They helped us in our time of need after our power pole burned down, free of charge. Plus they gave very reasonable rates for getting permanent power back to the house. We've been through a lot and they were there for us, like a neighbor, just ready to help. They've earned a life long customer. Highly recommend them!

Casey and team at Crawford Electric helped me with an electrical permitting issue. They returned my call (several didn't), communicated very well, came out on time, did what was necessary to meet regulations and I passed my final inspection Friday. The entire team was courteous, professional, and flexible in helping me pass my final. Their rate is very reasonable too. Another company tried to demand about $1000 just to look at my project. I will certainly be using Crawford for my future needs and definitely recommend them to anyone needing additional circuits, appliance installation, and even industrial/farming work.
