Person sent out to my house very pleasant and helpful with my issues.
Scheduled for an estimate. Waited hours and tried to contact them without success. Never showed up and never contacted us to explain. Then randomly showed up at my house with no notice 4 days later without contacting us about their failure to keep the initial appointment or to ask to reschedule. Very unprofessional and terrible customer service.
I had Crawford Electric come to my home to take down and reinstall new ceiling fan/light assemblies. Very friendly, professional crew. They did an awesome job and it was well done.
What an awesome company! They helped us in our time of need after our power pole burned down, free of charge. Plus they gave very reasonable rates for getting permanent power back to the house. We've been through a lot and they were there for us, like a neighbor, just ready to help. They've earned a life long customer. Highly recommend them!
