So Ed and his Crew just finished my house today..... Looks great!!!! My wife says it beautiful!!!! Very professional from start to finish. Best price and warranty from multiple company's. They finished our house in the time frame that was quoted. We couldn't ask for more. Definitely recommend THE ROOFER.

I recently had a complete tear off and composite roof replacement by Ed and his great crew. They were able to complete the roof in a few days and were timely with their arrival each morning and worked non-stop. I am beyond pleased with the final result of my new roof! Ed and Chantal were very good with communication, pricing, and confirming all of the correct materials throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Attention to detail, quality materials, kept the job site clean and respected my home/property. Would not hesitate to recommend Reynolds Roofing to anyone needing a new roof.

Update since this company wants to make a very laughable mistake. My review is based on my experience with them. I do not have to pay a company to have an experience with said company. My review is based on the decision the owner made to claim I didn’t understand how time worked. I gave them time not only to correct their actions and acknowledge the mistake before writing a review again BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE but also gave them the courtesy to not involve code enforcement. I know the law. Apparently they don’t and just proved it again with their reply to this post 😂😂. As my post proves they were not within the law regardig time and that is only 1 time they broke it.

So to quickly review a few things that are public info. 1) as proven via time stamped images, they are working prior to not only when they are allowed per ordinance but also prior to when they claimed to have left the shop and 2) their CCB license has been suspended for lack of insurance at least once within the last 10 years (again this is public info). That’s just what I found in under 2 minutes and I won’t even dig into the affiliated licenses. Next time you threaten someone with fake legal action maybe don’t do it to someone who spends their workday using the government websites to verify business info. 😂😂😂 I can find violation records in under 5 minutes for fun. Did you forget they are public record. It only takes a few minutes to submit a request for the full report. I’m happy to present that to a judge along with the literal proof of the fact I did have an experience with your business. You can’t mansplain law any better than you can mansplain time. 😂😂 what was it that you said, oh ya. I suggest you delete your reply or maybe not since it proves everything I have said is accurate. 😂 The irony of threatening legal action when you clearly don’t know a thing about the law. Toodles.

This company is working on my neighbors house and decided 5-6 am on Saturday was the perfect time to start doing all of their loudest stuff. Between 7 and 7:05 all of the sudden they were quiet and doing stuff that made little noise(almost like they were intentionally disrespecting people and completely ignoring noise ordinance). I full understand wanting to get a job done. You don’t get to just disrespect the entire neighborhood and scrape metal, cut metal drop metal off the roof, yell at each other, etc at 5,6 am. When emailed asking for an explanation he proceeded to mansplain time to me and claim I didn’t know what time it was, his staff didn’t leave the shop until 6:45 and state 7am just feels earlier on the weekend. I have photos taken at 6:45 of them on the roof working which was 20-30 minutes after I finally gave up trying to ignore it. Would love to know when he invented teleportation. Great way to make sure the house you’re working on now is also hated by the entire neighborhood.

Just wanted to post this review about getting my new roof put on my home. Contacted Eddie Reynolds about needing my roof replacement done ASAP . Eddie gave me a fair price and his crew showed up the following week. The guys were very respectful and did a wonderful job. So I can say with a positive attitude that I would recommend Eddie Reynolds Roofing for your roofing needs. Reynolds Roofing has competitive pricing and was so easy to work with. They were transparent about their company and how they do things, and I appreciate that so much! They have a great warranty on the work itself and use shingles with a long warranty on them as well. Here and done in less than a day and took the mess with them! I have little kids, and I was worried I'd be having to deal with stray roofing nails etc, but there was literally nothing left. I also got a cute little card in the mail thanking us for choosing them which I felt was a nice touch. I will recommend this company to anyone that asks me for suggestions on a roofing company 100%.

Good communication with the owner, Ed. He doesn't sugar coat anything and only sells you what you actually need. He gave us a quote and we were pleased with the number provided. He did let us know there was a possibility there might be issues once the old roof was off. We did need plywood replaced which he took the time to explain and show us. His crew showed up on time and were professional and polite. Recommend to all. AAA+++

Reynolds Roofing-THE ROOFER put a new roof on our home last week. We are very pleased with the job that was done and how quickly. Reynolds Roofing did an amazing job on our roof. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly. They took the time explaining all the paperwork and roof work. They always got my input before making decisions. I felt like they respected my home and did their best to protect things and cleanup.

We loved Ed and his crew too! He came out to give us a quote and stayed true to the budget. He was wonderful with our kids and dog too-just an all around friendly and down to earth guy who gave his absolute best to our home. We LOVE how our roof turned out! It’s beautiful and more than what we had hoped for. I especially liked how he would check in with both of us and give us updates on the every day process. My husband and I are so impressed and would definitely recommend Ed to anyone. You will not be disappointed!

Such a great crew to work with. Eddie came out and rescued me from a bad situation where a guy had been paid some labor cost up front. The guy never returned to finish the job after two weeks of hounding him about getting it done. I fired him and called Eddie after being referred to him by my friend Tawnya Cook from Happy Hound Hotel. Eddie communicated well and let me know what still needed to be done. He protected my roof from the rain until he could start the job. His crew is incredibly fast and thorough and had the roof shingled in no time. If you are looking for a good quality roofing company look here!!

Literally just had rocks come out of the back of one of their trucks and damage my windshield while driving down the highway. But since I don’t have “evidence” they won’t hold themselves accountable. Will NEVER do business with this company and will tell everyone I know to go anywhere except here. If I could give no stars I would.
