Reynolds Roofing was awesome, they had the best communication, I knew what was going on throughout the whole process, the price was great, and they got it done faster then we expected. Highly recommend them, roof looks great, and they cleaned up everything plus some, my walk ways and entry hadn't looked that good in a while. Love to support other family owned business.

Dennis and I were referred by a friend and contacted Ed. He was quick to respond and gave us our best bid to reroof our 20+ year old home. He and his crew worked 2 1/2 days. We were extremely impressed by their attention to detail and quality of work. The whole crew was very friendly. The cleanup was professionally perfect right down to blowing debris off our front entry and walkways. We would highly recommend Reynolds Roofing/THE ROOFER.

We had a fantastic experience with Reynolds Roofing/The Roofer! Our roof was 23 years old and we got four (4) bids and with the addition of a referral from a former neighbor, we decided to go with Eddie and his team. First we had to have our solar panels removed and then that got delayed but ultimately we got them off in November (!) and then we waited for a break in the weather - which we got! Eddie and his team quickly removed and replaced the roof with no problem! The roof is beautiful - Eddie and his team clearly pay attention to the details - I can still see remnants of the chalk lines they put down to make sure the ridge-lines are perfectly straight. Eddie and his team make every effort to protect your property during the process and to thoroughly clean-up after themselves when they are done. I highly recommend Eddie and his team!

5/01/2024 Just had our Stayton roof replaced by Ed Reynolds Roofing and it looks great. His company was efficient, dependable and professional. Very considerate of our landscaping and left everything in excellent condition and clean. We have already recommended him to several neighbors...

Ed and his crew replaced our roof, vents, added a solar attic fan and did a fantastic job. We appreciated his depth of knowledge of his craft and ensuring we were happy with the quality of the finished product. Ed offered options, was very detailed in his quote and he even came in under budget, which we have never experienced! Ed also was on schedule, conscientious, very careful and neat with our landscaping and gutters. Ed is passionate and energetic and we enjoyed working with him. We were extremely happy with our roofing experience with Ed and his team and highly recommend Reynolds Roofing to anyone wanting to support a local family business and receive a roofing job done the right way!

Good communication. Rain delayed work, but we were kept updated. Good price and good workmanship. I would recommend.

Let's start by saying the beginning was great, quote was great, guys did a good job. Now the end, or communication with Ed "the owner" was the worst!! He was rude, disrespectful, and demeaning. The worst experience, I've ever received by an owner!!
Little info for you....He was to be paid when escrow closed. Escrow closed Friday, monies received Monday morning. Monday at 10:22am called SCREAMING demanding payment. I have never been so disrespected in all my life. I would really think twice about using this company.

Reynolds roofing was amazing from start to finish. They even honored a quote from 8 month prior and allowed me to save up for their very reasonably priced roof replacement. They had to replace 2 facia in the front of my home and a few plywood sheathing. They were here and gone without a trace in a day and a half. Will be recommending them to everyone I know in need of roof work.

October 2024 - Wow!!! I got the roofing company from a contractor who builds homes. I met with Ed (warning: a very loud talker) to look over our roof. He gave me an estimate and let me change things if needed.
Everything he said he would do he did. I was amazed at how fast the cleanup, roof going on and just how nice everyone is. You definitely know Ed knows how to keep things rolling at a great pace. He keeps his workers moving. I guess his loud talking goes over the pounding of nails while the workers keep working. I would recommend his roofing company (already told two people) to everyone. We had three roof estimates done and Ed’s estimate was the best price, most organized and now I know true to his words. Thanks to Ed and all in his crew (and ladies in the office) you do a great job!!!! Thank you!!!! You’re #1 in my roofing needs!

I was recommended to this company by a neighbor and I am very pleased to have gone through with them. I talked with 4 different roofers and Ed was by far the most thorough while also being the most reasonably priced. We happened to be gone on vacation while Ed and his team completed the work but that was no issue for us since we had complete trust in them. The office crew was always quick to respond and so polite. Our new roof is absolutely beautiful. We will always recommend Ed and his team!

Reynolds Roofing replace the roof on my house prior to closing. It was done on time, looks really good, for a reasonable price.

We were very pleased with Reynolds roofing. Ed was very upfront and frank which we appreciated. We felt he was very trustworthy which is hard to find these days. We would definitely recommend him. His crew worked very hard and did a good job with cleanup. They were fast and reliable and respectful of the property. He did not tack on a bunch of extra expenses . He kept us informed of what was going on.

Eddy and his crew were great from the beginning. His explanation of the estimate and the material he uses were very black and white and thorough. The crew showed up on time every day and were very polite and courteous. The attention to detail and their clean up was impeccable and I would recommend this company to anyone needing a new roof.

I was very satisfied with my recent experience replacing my roof with Reynolds Roofing. Ed's bid was by far the most detailed of all bids I received and provided a very clear picture of the work to be completed. Communication via email was quick and responsive. Any substantial changes to the bid due to additional wood rot were clearly shared and described before continuing the work. The crew also did a great job cleaning up each day and protecting the plants around the perimeter of the house. Although Ed can come across as a bit intense at times, he is passionate about his work and cares deeply about the quality of his workmanship.

So Ed and his Crew just finished my house today..... Looks great!!!! My wife says it beautiful!!!! Very professional from start to finish. Best price and warranty from multiple company's. They finished our house in the time frame that was quoted. We couldn't ask for more. Definitely recommend THE ROOFER.

I recently had a complete tear off and composite roof replacement by Ed and his great crew. They were able to complete the roof in a few days and were timely with their arrival each morning and worked non-stop. I am beyond pleased with the final result of my new roof! Ed and Chantal were very good with communication, pricing, and confirming all of the correct materials throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Update since this company wants to make a very laughable mistake. My review is based on my experience with them. I do not have to pay a company to have an experience with said company. My review is based on the decision the owner made to claim I didn’t understand how time worked. I gave them time not only to correct their actions and acknowledge the mistake before writing a review again BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE but also gave them the courtesy to not involve code enforcement. I know the law. Apparently they don’t and just proved it again with their reply to this post 😂😂. As my post proves they were not within the law regardig time and that is only 1 time they broke it.

So to quickly review a few things that are public info. 1) as proven via time stamped images, they are working prior to not only when they are allowed per ordinance but also prior to when they claimed to have left the shop and 2) their CCB license has been suspended for lack of insurance at least once within the last 10 years (again this is public info). That’s just what I found in under 2 minutes and I won’t even dig into the affiliated licenses. Next time you threaten someone with fake legal action maybe don’t do it to someone who spends their workday using the government websites to verify business info. 😂😂😂 I can find violation records in under 5 minutes for fun. Did you forget they are public record. It only takes a few minutes to submit a request for the full report. I’m happy to present that to a judge along with the literal proof of the fact I did have an experience with your business. You can’t mansplain law any better than you can mansplain time. 😂😂 what was it that you said, oh ya. I suggest you delete your reply or maybe not since it proves everything I have said is accurate. 😂 The irony of threatening legal action when you clearly don’t know a thing about the law. Toodles.

This company is working on my neighbors house and decided 5-6 am on Saturday was the perfect time to start doing all of their loudest stuff. Between 7 and 7:05 all of the sudden they were quiet and doing stuff that made little noise(almost like they were intentionally disrespecting people and completely ignoring noise ordinance). I full understand wanting to get a job done. You don’t get to just disrespect the entire neighborhood and scrape metal, cut metal drop metal off the roof, yell at each other, etc at 5,6 am. When emailed asking for an explanation he proceeded to mansplain time to me and claim I didn’t know what time it was, his staff didn’t leave the shop until 6:45 and state 7am just feels earlier on the weekend. I have photos taken at 6:45 of them on the roof working which was 20-30 minutes after I finally gave up trying to ignore it. Would love to know when he invented teleportation. Great way to make sure the house you’re working on now is also hated by the entire neighborhood.
