When we had an emergency and needed a qualified electrician to set up our brand new commercial dishwasher within 10 minutes of the call Ted came and set up everything flawlessly. He also stayed to make calls to the dishwashing manufacturer at our bequest and programmed the settings of the dishwasher for us as we are old and unfamiliar with electronics.
