Jameson and his trainee just finished up with repair and service on my Daiken ductless systems. Both were very courteous and professional. I appreciate that when we discussed having to repressurize the system with refrigerant that he provided the worst case cost and then came in at less than 1/2 of that. He disassembled the mini splits down to the squirrel cage and now they are pushing out air like new (Yes- I cleaned the filter and not much else....) I will definitely be using him and his team in the future. His prices are very competitive.

Very professional and had a huge sense of urgency to help us. Our AC went out when it's over 100. They were here within an hour and fixed it quickly. I recommend them 100%.

So just to start, these guys were AMAZING!!! Excellent communication. High level of competency in their field. Amazing price!! Friendly. Prompt. If you can get these guys on board to do your work you won't regret it.

We had a rat sneak in under our house and tear our air ducts up for 3 days before I trapped it. We had 2 companies come out to do quotes for us. Would have had more but the rest of the companies charge for a quote visit (not a great way to win new customers in my opinion). The first company(not CGCS) sent 1 guy. He went under the house and spent about 15 minutes taking pictures and measurements. Came back up and let me know that it would take about 4 boxes of new duct, 2 guys and about 4 hours. Said it would be over $1000 but didn't know exactly until boss put together the quote. The boss called me the next day but the work was already done. The boss then tried to charge me for my free quote. Not impressed.
The 2nd quote came from CGCS. 2 guys went under the house. Came back up about 45 minutes later. Boss came to my house and presented me with a quote.(quote was $432 for after hours with 2 guys and parts necessary)They said replacement was ridiculous since it could be cut out and splice new pieces back in.i jumped on it and my ducts were fixed in less than 2 hours. Thanks to these guys my babies were cool on the hottest day of the year so far. Best suggestion I can give is call them first. Don't waste your time on the rest. Thanks again gentlemen.

Even with problems with their tools they got it done in a timely manner, employees were friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, concerned about customer satisfaction.

Jameson and Nevada worked diligently to overcome problems we were having replacing our old heating and cooling system.

The new system works so much better and is much more efficient than the old system. We thank them every day!

Now...So sky is keeping my 20 year furnace going along. I know the system is ready to replace. Thank you Sky for the no pressure repairs.

Earlier...I had problems with my heating and air conditioning unit and called another company. They came out and told me I had to replace the whole system for 12 to $20,000. They said the motherboard was burned out and they could not get another one. I called sky and explain the situation saying there should be a motherboard out there. Jeremy came out and he was very polite very funny and found me a motherboard. The price was reasonable and the service was excellent. They saved me 12 to $20,000.

This inspection that they do once every 6 months is awesome. They let me know what I may need to do in the future. No pressure

Scotty Hansen did our estimate for an electrical panel upgrade and EV charger. While we haven't decided yet, the whole process so far has been great. He's timely, professional and knows his stuff.

Jeromie was so helpful and got our AC working again within minutes of arrival! We were grateful for the quick and friendly service.

One thing I also appreciated is that the business sends a text with the picture and name of the tech coming to the home. This was great being able to know who to expect and when!

We had a ductless heating and air condition system installed recently through Sky Heating and Air Conditioning. The entire process from start to finish was a great experience and I m so pleased with our new system. Ryan Brawn spent hours with us assessing the best options for our home and really listened to what our needs and priories were. He was very knowledgeable and incredibly patient with all our questions. He gave us numerous pricing and financing options and I never felt pressured through the process. After our system was installed Ryan made himself available to answer follow up questions we had. Dan Hauck and Jacob Wageman with Oregon Ductless Installation performed the work. They were very diligent in their work, always professional and took time installing our system to the highest quality. We are very pleased with their work and our new unit.

Sky Heating and Air have been fantastic in every instance. Specifically, their personnel are phenomenal. Nate Gross is a great customer service rep and system designer and Jeromie Mason was a great Journeyman Technician who did not shy away from a challenge. I appreciate their efforts to ensure our system operates as intended.
