I've had several garments laundered here now. Everyone I've dealt with so far has been very friendly and helpful. No problems with the quality of work that I've noticed. Very reasonably priced as far as I can tell. I have been purchasing a lot of items recently that require professional laundering and I'll be bringing them to Tigard Cleaners for sure!

The owner was great 👍 I called needing help with getting my wedding dress cleaned. They don't clean them there anymore due to how long it takes to clean each dress. They had lots of advice about what option I'd have when getting my dress cleaned. I will get my husband suit pressed and cleaned there :) Thank you.

I have been using this (family owned for generations) dry cleaners for nearly 40 years and I couldn’t possibly recommend them high enough. Asside from great cleaning .. whatever problems I brought to them .. they always made me very happy with their miraculous work. They’re hands down the best dry cleaner in the entire Portland metro area.

Darby has always worked w me on the cleaning of my antique textile purchases when I travel overseas. She is delightful and knowledgeable. Always enjoy our conversations and her attitude and willingness to try and solve problems.

I called to ask about a pen leak in a blazer and instead of telling me that they couldn’t fix it, the person on the phone had the audacity to say I was simply “stupid”. Terrible customer service and probably no skills to match. As a manager of a high end fashion retailer, I would never recommend this cleaner to any of the hundreds of customers who grace my doors.

**UPDATE** I called my usual dry cleaner, Westmoreland Cleaners, and they said they could make any promises but that I should definitely bring it by. Absolute professionals! What a standard, easy answer to give when you are in business to do business and seek business by proving a service standard. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

As a retail customer service and management professional, I would easily say that the behavior on the phone that I received from Tigard cleaners was so egregious, the principal of how to not speak to clients so obvious, that it is beyond coaching and actually warrants termination. This person should not be customer facing in any way. With that, I’m not their manager. But I wish the best of luck to the business owners and managers there. You’re obviously missing out on untold sales due to…well, stupidity and poor service.

Fantastic service and prices! Darby is lovely to talk to and her friend’s artwork on the walls are absolutely delightful. Definitely recommend!

Incredible service. I ripped the seam of a new quilt removing tags and the owner, Darby, expertly repaired it right on the spot in just a few minutes. She provided a lot of great advice while I waited, did an excellent job on the repair, and ended up not even charging me for the work. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking. If I lived in the Portland area, I would go out of my way to do business here.

Very respectable of military memorabilia and flags! Says pledge of allegiance before washing any flags! Cleans all American flags and Military flags for FREE! Could not ask for a nicer woman who runs it!!

Owner Darby is very helpful and let me come in before business hours when I was on my way to work to drop off and pick up. Fast friendly service, nothing but good things to say about this Drycleaners! My suits came out perfect! I think the negative comments on this great owners page are just nit picky Karens.

We inherited two coverlets from an Aunt whose mother had hand crocheted them with my Aunt helping on one of them. The coverlets are probably 60 to 80 years old and very precious to me, as they were to my Aunt. She was not able to use them or clean them for years because of wear and tear which caused some of the joints to separate and have large gaps or holes. I do not crochet so I tried to find someone that could do the repairs. I called several yarn shops and finally talked to someone that suggested I check Tigard Cleaners. We took them to see if anything could be done and if they could be cleaned. Sook looked them over and told me she would try to repair them and clean them. When we went in to pick them up we pulled one out while there to look and I totally couldn't tell where the holes had been. And even though I wasn't sure they would be able to get any discoloring out, they were spotless. Sook was so professional in her workmanship and showed a lot of compassion for the project. I also felt the price I was charged was way more than reasonable. Now I am able to display the coverlets along with the beds my In-Laws had when they first got married! We are extremely happy and we highly recommend this business!

Darby goes above and beyond your expectations. Cleaning is done on site so you never have to worry about anything being lost. We’ve been going here for 20+ years and have always had excellent results. Plus Darby always has nuggets of wisdom to pass on. She’s awesome!

Really happy with Tigard Cleaners. My shirts came back looking great and they got it done fast. Super easy to work with and the price was fair.

The owner used to be a nice person but within the last year has gotten really rude. I have switched to Cambridge at 15532 SW Pacific Hwy C-2, Tigard, OR 97224 and get much better service plus they do great tailoring.

I've been in a couple times now to have suits cleaned. I'm really happy with the way they have turned out. The owner is a really nice person to visit with.
The rates are very reasonable compared to what I'm used to. I'll be using this cleaners on a regular basis from now on.
Kind of a cool part of town too. Lots of neat shops and some other places that look like they are good spots to explore.

Fantastic dry cleaning experience from start to finish. My shirts, jackets, and even delicate garments were returned in perfect condition, neatly folded and professionally pressed. They managed to remove stubborn stains without damaging the fabric. The turnaround time is quick, and the prices are reasonable for the quality of service provided. The staff is courteous and always ready to help. I trust them completely with my clothes.

Our windows hadn’t been washed for several seasons but after Window Genie came through the windows were sparkling clean both inside and out.
