We have used UCS to clean our short-term rental for a year now and the experience has been flawless — they treat our home as if it was their own. The crew has been extremely communicative, flexible, and protective of our space. Before each turnover they remind us of the day's schedule and then follow up with a meticulously-detailed report of our home's condition, photos of anything amiss, and an itemization of everything that was refilled / replaced. Guests rave about how clean our home is and it's all thanks to the UCS team. We needed to stay at our home while visiting Portland and it felt like a luxurious hotel thanks to their team.
