We had Roof Life out many years ago to replace part of our roof and they did a great job. Unfortunately, our recent experience was not good. One of their employees came out to take a look at the condition of our roof and assess the repairs needed. When I asked him how it looked, he said "tired" with some attitude. Meanwhile I'm thinking "Well, I'm so sorry we don't meet your expectations". I asked him again what he thought and he blew me off with "I'll send you an estimate". Ten days later, no estimate so I call the office and the admin says she will remind him. I never heard from them again.

I can't stand contractors who ghost potential customers.

I had a problem that needed attention that I didn't even imagine a roof company could help with. Roof Life came out, was professional and accomplished what needed to be done. They were fabulous.

Roof looks great. Had a lot of moss in certain areas. Cleaned it up and I’ll get many many more years of life from a well maintained roof. Crew was great, cleaned up and hauled all the debris away. Highly recommend

He monitored the project while the work was being done. The crew was also great and took care to ensure daily cleanup was completed. Great customer service from the initial inspection to the roof service. Also, fantastic communication throughout the process. They were fast, did great work, and cleaned up afterwards. They took very good care of our roof, would highly recommend!

First Class service. The quoting process was beyond my expectations, very thorough, explained the process very well in an easy to understand method. The team that came out to perform our roof cleaning was very polite, did am amazing job of cleaning our roof and also cleaned all of the debris that came off the roof, other than the roof being now cleaned, you couldn't even tell that they were there. Hight impressed with this company and I HIGHLY recommend them for your roof care needs.

The sales rep was knowledgeable and professional. Workers were friendly and did good work.

Everything was fine until I discovered two of the skylights did not work. The customer service (young woman) wanted me to contact the manufacturer. When I suggested I bought them from Roof Life, she got noticeably irritated. Told me goodbye and more or less hung up on me.

My advice - save the last payment until you are sure everything is right. Id rate 5 stars had this unpleasant experience not happened.

Roof Life was quick to come out and provide a quote. I really appreciated the time taken during this process to thoroughly explain our issue as well as a comprehensive video that was put together as part of the quote. Due to the holidays, our job was booked several weeks out but they installed a tarp on the roof right away to protect from any leakage. On the day of the work, the crew was fast and tidy in their work. They cleaned up everything after the fact, and the resulting work looks great!

Great service, very professional. I was especially pleased with the extra effort the team put forth to help protect my yard and pets. I thought I had to replace my roof but bought years more of service with cleaning and treatment. I plan to ask Roof Life back in the future.

Sadly, our experience with Roof Life is not like others posted. Poor communication on their side left us with a job done that changed our roof from subtle to a look that makes me frustrated and angry every day I look at it. We had no idea what the final appearance would be and have received no help in resolving our frustration. Make sure you know what you are getting!!

Excellent service. My roof hadn’t been cleaned in years. I had a lot of moss. Roof Life of Oregon cleaned my roof and removed all the moss and cleaned my gutters. I am very happy with the job.

Great experience! Communication on the repair of our roof was instantaneous when they got up there. They were able to fix our leak pretty quickly and inform on costs at the same time.

We will only use Roof Life of Oregon!! Very responsive! This is our 2nd home to use Roif Life. When moving from our previous home there were a few minor repairs that were called out on inspection. It turns out the repairs were on an outdoor living space that Was roofed by the contractor not Roof Life. Not only did Roof Life make the repairs, they found a couple of other issues that were not called out. They repaired those as well!

My experience with Roof Life of Oregon far exceeded my expectations. Patrick did the inspection and was the third bid out of four. Not only was his inspection far more thorough, he took the time to go through the details of the project and teach me about the process, materials and maintenance. It was apparent how much he cared to not only gain my business, but to gain my trust by demonstrating his transparency and desire to both sell and educate.
The crew led by Ruben, was totally respectful of my property and my time. They were organized and cleaned up at the end of every day. What I loved the most about them was how much they clearly got along together and worked as a team. Although it's obviously a very challenging job, they enjoyed what they were doing. That was clear by the way they interacted with one another and laughed and were just a really a happy crew. That speaks volumes for their employer. Nicely done!
Yost, oversaw the project and was out every day to check on the progress. He went above and beyond to show me kindness, make sure I was satisfied and assist, even staying to answer questions as the crew completed the job and left on a Friday afternoon. He's the greatest! I definitely made the best decision going with Roof Life of Oregon.

I was so pleased with my roof cleaning. The two gentlemen cleaned up beautifully. My husband is 70 and I wanted to have the piece of mind of him not climbing ladders... oh the possibilities. My roof had a lot of moss and they worked and cleaned my roof spotless! It looks wonderful and the crew was fantastic they were on and round the roof! 2 days it took and when they left everything was spotless! Recommend them highly! Thanks again for a great job Joanne
