Reviews of local pros in Tigard, Oregon

The whole team from scheduling to service was professional, friendly, responsive, and engaged. They even had to stay late to troubleshoot a problem putting our garage door down. The team went above and beyond to deliver quality service.

The team was super professional, friendly, and committed to excellent service. And the pricing is very fair. We'll definitely use the Window Genie team again.

Window Genie did a fantastic job on my windows and screens. Very efficient and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Sherry was able to accommodate our schedule, get the job done in a timely fashion at a good price. She specified what was included and what was extra. The pricing was reasonable. We may have our windows and screens washed more often, as the view, and the operation of our windows is so much better.

Casie was great and took great care of my windows. It was like having HD windows. Enrico did a great job power washing my porch and driveway They were both great to work with I recommend them highly

Appreciated the open communication with Matt and his staff. Very professional, prompt and did a great job. Gave us important information about the age of the gutters and made very helpful suggestions for taking care of this important routine maintenance. We will definitely call them again in the fall. Matt and his staff go above and beyond. They even hang holiday lights! Thanks Matt!

I had Window Genie install my Christmas lights. They did a wonderful job. I am also going to use them to clean my windows and gutters. I would recommend this company.

I wanted to get our windows cleaned and my husband was thinking they were not that dirty. Our windows were so dirty inside and outside, 2 young men washed, scrubbed, and polished all of our windows! Window Genie is awesome! Before they left my husband said, we need this done once a year! Our house is bright and light inside now!

I had a terrific experience with their team. Previously, I had gutter cleaners who were very unsafe and left a huge mess in my yard. Eric and Max were very thorough, careful and my gutters are now working properly. This is a huge relief with all of the rain we have been getting. And, they removed all the stinky debris which saved me so much time and hassle.

Window Genie did our full house...gutters, windows and pressure washing. They did a FANTASTIC job. Crew was very courteous and pleasant...and worked hard thru the cold rain for days! Highly recommend and look forward to booking them again.

Casey and Eric did an excellent job cleaning our windows inside and out, tracks, sills, and gutters. This was our first time using Window Genie - their service and attention to detail were the best we have ever had in the 33 years we have been in our home. Would highly recommend. So happy we have found this company to work with!

Wow, where to begin. This company is amazing. The best customer service on the planet. From meeting Sheri and Matt and then Casey, who did all our windows they are so professional and so nice. I would give you guys 10 stars if I could. Highly highly recommend this company. You won't be sorry and not one mark left on the windows. It feels like a new house. Thank you again.

Ernesto did a great job - friendly, careful, and went above and beyond cleaning up my roof and gutters. Thanks to a large cedar and hemlock, there were more pine needles than usual and he spent extra time and effort getting it all cleaned up. Left all areas immaculate.
Would highly recommend them. thanks

Cabe is a hard worker and very polite. He did an excellent job. I'm very happy with his work. Windows look so clean. Thank you.

From our very first meeting with Shari, I knew that she and her crew would do a good job. Her questions and suggestions were very professional. Installation went very well. Eric & Matt were a great team - thorough, neat and respectful (as well as nice guys). We are very pleased with the job they did decorating our house. My wife was glad that I did not have to climb a ladder this year. I would recommend Window Genie to any of my friends looking for help with Christmas light installation. I already have them lined up to clean my gutters too.

Great communication, respectful and professional team. Highly recommended.

Our home has several very hard to reach windows. The Window Genie team went out of their way to do the best possible cleaning for all of our windows and did an excellent job. We will definitely continue to call Window Genie when we need to have our windows cleaned.

Window Genie did a great job on my windows! They had never been professionally cleaned in 24 years of living in my house. Casie was friendly and hard-working. My windows and tracks, inside and out, look sparkling. Thank you!

Casey and Ernesto did an amazing job on windows and skylights both inside and outside. My husband and I both feel our windows have never been so clean! They also pointed out a couple of windows with broken seals and gave us advice about contacting the manufacturer. They did a walk through with me both before and after cleaning. Very professional and thorough!

Window Genie of Beaverton washed our windows, cleaned our screens and tracks beautifully. They were so easy to work with and we will continue to use them for all of our window cleaning. We highly recommend them!

Utilized only their window cleaning service from their list; management and on-site techs were thoroughly communicative with all details of timing and work progress well explained, a customer service level we use to expect from most service providers but, sadly don't see any longer. It was well appreciated, and the final 'product' sparkled!
We already have recommended the company to others and will be happy to use them again in the future, ourselves.
