If you’ve got an HVAC issue or an install to get in, I’d call these guys. Definitely. I did my homework. Everything was fantastic. New AC install for a ranch style home.

I called around town for a couple estimates. Dimitri came to do the estimate early this week when my wife was home. She said he was very nice and explained everything very clearly.

He emailed me three different scenarios, three different estimates, at the end of that same day.

We liked all three, and so when I approved one estimate (it’s all a very easy online setup they’ve got for this), Dimitri called me up shortly after, told me he had the unit I was looking for right in front of him, and he sent Roman and Vinny out…the next day.

That would be today, the very next day. They came today. I approved the estimate yesterday. My work folk were amazed that Conrad got me situated that quickly. Me too.

Poured a concrete pad, installed everything, real clean install. It looks awesome outside. And Roman and Vinny, also very friendly, very clear explanations to someone like me who is only mildly handy.

Everyone was on time, I got texts about who was en route, and when I got home from work…I had central AC.

The price was what I expected, the service was waaaay more than I was expecting. I’d call them again in a heartbeat.

One of the other local companies came out for their estimate, and told my wife if we don’t see their estimate emailed to me in the next 3-4 WEEKS, to call the office back. Um…yeah nope.

Oh, and the third place never came for the estimate at all. No show. No call.

There it is. Big fan of Conrad.

You guys are the best! I made a phone call hoping to get someone to come out this week as I had no heat. Dimitri had a break in his schedule and called to see if he could come right away. Who does that?! You guys are great!

Called about 8am Saturday morning. They texted back within 5 Minutes with an offer of an appointment between 11:30 and 1 that day. Dimitri arrived early and did an excellent job.

The water heater was installed and the install was done very professionally. My fittings were not normal, being 17 years old. They took care to make sure that all was well.

Dimitry did a great job repairing our heat pump. He was very professional and efficient. He replaced the compressor, which saved thousands of dollars, compared to the bids from other vendors who wanted to replace the unit entirely. I was impressed with his knowledge and hard work ethic.

The technicians from Conrad Heating and Cooling were on time, efficient, skilled and friendly. Our experience with them was very good and we would recommend them for other people who need furnace work done.

I will definitely use Pro Curcuit again! Highly recommend. We had them do a number of things (move outdoor light, install can lights, move switches, new plugs for microwave and disposal). The young man that came out was so nice. He did a excellent job!

We are so pleased with Pro Circuit Electric! James and Cheyanne did a stellar job on our new recessed lighting in our kitchen and laundry room. From the very beginning James was easy to get ahold of and a clear communictor.

It’s hard to find a reliable electrician and these guys exceeded our expectations. They showed up on time and worked efficiently until the job was done. James even took the time to explain to me some of the other issues we had going on. He made sure I approved the alignment of lights before he cut the holes in the Ceiling which I really appreciated and was happy to adjust them.

There was a 3 week wait but I have to say it was well worth it. These guys have Craftsmanship and we will be using them again for our future electrical needs!

Got an electrician out to our house same day. Did a pre-check over the phone to make sure the issue wasn't a homeowner fixable item or a power company item. Scheduler was clear about minimum charge for the visit. Invoice held true to that. Electrician was prompt, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Did not try to sell us stuff we didn't need. Found the problem, told us about it, and fixed it. Based on this experience I would highly recommend.
