My freezer went on the blink when I was out of town, possibly due to the drawer not closing completely. The result was a frosty winter wonderland, and a side issue was the ice maker refusing to work. Dmitry made himself available on the same day that I called to schedule an appointment and was on time to the projected arrival window. He gave the freezer a review and told me I needed to turn it off for 48 hours, not less, and see if after the excessive ice was gone if everything would right itself. He gave it a 50/50 chance of happening and charged me a very reasonable house call fee. He also helped me order a new tray for the ice maker as the old one was cracked. This story has a happy ending! The defrosting complete, I washed and installed the new ice tray and within several hours of coming up to the appropriate temp, the ice maker started
