Jake from Goodman Septic came out to my farm as a follow up inspection and drainage for my very old and very dated farmhouse. I had been given incorrect information about my septic system during inspections a year prior, and Jake cleared all of that up. He was very familiar with the setup for my old farm, did a fantastic job explaining what he was seeing and what I needed to do for proper maintenance and care. He also respected my old dog's strong desire to supervise him and participate in the whole process, standing six inches away from Jake's face during the entirety of the visit. Double thumbs up to Jake and Shannon at Goodman.

Kyle and Ben did a great job. They were here just 30 minutes. They explained the process and what to expect in the tank. They called ahead of time to see if we were expecting them. We were very pleased with work.

Ben and Cameron turned a close call into a positive experience. Our septic pump went out, causing the alarm to go off. Others outfits said it would take time to come out. This crew was here the next day. The showed us the problem and explained what they were doing at every step. They were prompt, professional and just nice.

The person who came out to pump our septic system was both very nice and very knowledgeable. He did an excellent job and I was extremely pleased. He also looked at the tank at our rental and is going to get us an estimate for a new outlet line for the septic system.

I called Goodman Sanitation to pump my 1000 gallon septic tank after getting a per gallon quote from the company that originally installed it in 2016. I was somewhat shocked at the cost per gallon. I found that Goodman had great reviews so I gave them a call. Emma answered the phone and was very personable and really helpful. She provided their per gallon pumping charge- much less expensive- with an additional percentage discount for seniors or veterans. She was able to schedule service the same day! Kyle was the technician who performed the pump out. He called when he was 30 minutes away and arrived on time. Our tank is about 100 feet from where his truck could park, with lots of garden landscaping in the way. Kyle was very careful not to damage any plants and performed the service very efficiently. He is a very personable guy and offered tips for maintaining the system going forward. Thank you both Emma and Kyle for great quick service. I highly recommend Goodman Sanitation!

Kyle provided a very thorough checkup of our septic system. He is knowledgeable and kind. Whatever he is being paid, it can't be sufficient to compensate him for the work he does.
