We hired this company to install a Tesla Wall Connector, complete backyard electrical work, and patio lighting, expecting a professional and detail-oriented experience. Unfortunately, that was not the case.

Despite clear instructions, their crew moved and damaged our furniture, which the office acknowledged—yet no effort was made to reach a resolution regarding the damage.

We were initially told the project would take two days and were offered a 2% discount for full cash payment. After three days of work, there was still no clear path to completion or final inspection. At that point, we expressed that it was not appropriate to pay in full while work remained incomplete. The office manager stated it was “standard practice” to receive full payment prior to final inspection and before completion of the remaining work, which we found highly questionable.

They then refused all phone calls and limited communication strictly to email. At the very least, this has ensured there is now a complete written record of all interactions. We issued payment for approximately 80% of the contract, and once received, the company abandoned the project and ceased communication entirely.

Most concerning, we later discovered they had disconnected our AC unit and repurposed that circuit for the patio without our knowledge or authorization, even relabeling the panel. We are now left without power to our AC. There is no reasonable explanation for this—any electrician understands what “AC” represents in a panel. This work was completed during the winter months, making the issue impossible to detect until much later, when we attempted to turn on the AC and found it non-functional—months after they had left the jobsite and been paid.

We have sent written notice regarding the AC disconnection and the lack of follow-up on the other issues. We have received no response. At this point, we are left with no reasonable option but to consider further action.

A very disappointing experience marked by a lack of accountability. Proceed with caution.
