We had ABC rewire our entire upstairs unit to a duplex and have had them do some work at our offices as well. The price is always very competitive and they look for the most efficient way to get your work done and bring attentions to job factors that I may have overlooked, etc. During our remodel they were a model vendor. Used them for 3 different projects, they've been great every time. A+.

I would strongly recommend ABC Electric in Tualatin. They are professional, honest, neat and extremely knowledgeable and trained in their profession. I called various electricians in the Tualatin area and after speaking with Shawn at ABC I was convinced they were right company. I was not wrong. After reviewing the project, they quoted a price, did the work and we had excellent results. They relocated , removed a hard wired appliance and rewired the line to install a plug box box as well as one other lighting project on the property.

Shawn was absolutely amazing! Not only did he come out on his day off (New years Day) he also went above and beyond with his help to make sure our project went smoothly. We have now found our new go to electricians with ABC Electric.

We have had a difficult time finding an electrician that could replace our box. After several false starts we had Shawn come out and bid our job. A few weeks later another electrician from ABC came out to do the job. The box was wired beautifully but part of the job wasn't done how I thought it would be. I called ABC and Shawn came out the next day and went above and beyond my expectations. They made sure I was happy even though we didn't have a big job by most standards but they still cared enough to make sure we were happy. If anyone says they need a electrical job done, I will always tell them about ABC's standards of putting the customer first. Thank you Shawn for taking such good care of us.

Michael did a service upgrade for a hot tub installation. He is a very hard worker and excellent communicator and did the job very efficiently. I was very impressed with his professionalism. The upgrade was completed on schedule. ABC Electric is an excellent company to work with.

I contacted ABC because I had a weird electrical fishy smell in one room and a few other electrical issues around the house. Michael showed on time. He discovered that the fishy smell did not come from an electrical problem. Michael went over the other problems around the house fixing them. He also took the time to explain to me when something just needed a new set up nor a repair. I really appreciated that Michael took the time to educate me about some electrical conceps I have no knowledge. All accomplished in one hour. Their rates are a little higher than other companies but they were able to send a technician the same day and Michael gave priceless peace of mind by addressing all my concerns. I also called other companies but they did not have appointments for weeks.

ABC electric has been servicing all our electrical needs for 20 years. They had to return last week and Randy came to the rescue. Randy showed up on time which is much appreciated. He’s knowledgeable, professional, personable and an asset to ABC electric.

I called ABC Electric with an urgent need for one of our rental houses. Shawn was amazing in giving me some trouble shooting tips, prior to booking the appointment. With his expertise and information we were able to handle the easy repair. We will most definitely call Shawn and ABC again, when we get ready to do our electrical upgrade.

I would highly recommend ABC for any electrical issues. Jordan was able to trouble shoot an issue at my place and was extremely professional, friendly and timely.

We called more than half a dozen electricians. ABC Electric was the fastest to get someone out for an estimate (by months), and offered a highly competitive quote. Mike, the electrician who worked on our project, was an awesome guy. He walked us through everything he was doing, answered any and all questions, was super friendly to our dog, and offered A+ service. His work was fantastic, too!

After reading all the reviews, I called ABC Electric and spoke to Randy. I was looking for someone qualified to do two things: inspect the old knob and tube wiring in my home and give me an estimate to replace the Zinsco electrical panel we had. Randy gave me a lot of good educational information over the phone and was able to go out within a few days to inspect. Turns out the knob and tube was abandoned so that was good news. The panel was going to require a permit by the county. They emailed me a proposal and lien information, I sent them the paperwork back and the deposit, Randy was out and completed the work in 8 hours and had it inspected and signed off the next day. I've called with a few more questions but every time ABC Electric has gotten back to me promptly and dealt with me fairly. I didn't shop their price or service so I can't speak to what other companies may have said.

All the way around I've had a good experience with this company and would definitely recommend them in future.

P.S. I mentioned to Randy that his name was out there in a less than favorable way on a review. He said he knew. He didn't try to explain it away and I respect that. Not every job is going to go perfectly.

I have used this company several times over the years and have been very happy with their service, communication and pricing. Highly recommend!

We had ABC come out in February for some basic panel mapping and to take a look at our upstairs to eventually put in a fan. The work was never completed - on either count and some of the labels on the label are just wrong. Adding this review now because we've had some remodeling work done on the basis that the electrical was accurately mapped out and now we find out that breakers are mislabeled and that some junction boxes mentioned in the labeling aren't connected at all. This has left our basement project without power. When in contact with ABC (back in February/March) about some of our concerns, they simply never got back to us, even as we asked for a bid on some new work that surfaced as a result of the initial visit. We were willing to pay and work with them (they were a referral from our realtors) but their electrician was shoddy at best and their office non-communicative. A real bummer for all involved.

My experience with ABC Electric was great from start to finish: Randy provided a detailed estimate with a mid-range bid, and the company provided exceptional, timely service. Eric and his assistant, Zack, were professional, cheerful, and meticulous, and Eric took time to explain any adjustments the original plan that came up. My only regret is that the upgrades make the rest of my space look drab by comparison! I will absolutely use them for future projects.

I wasn't thrilled with my experience with ABC. I was charged over $1,000 for 3.5 hours of work with minimal materials (<$100 of supplies). In retrospect, I suspect I could have gotten this work done for not much more than half this price from another company.

The electrician told me it would take him about an hour to install the new outlet I wanted, but it ended up taking over two hours--and this was with me still doing all the cleanup myself. He also broke a ceiling tile that he removed for access to wires and didn't offer to replace it or anything. No discount for the time he spent using my bathroom either. And I didn't even get the kind of outlet that I wanted installed in the end.

As a new homeowner, I am looking to build long-term relationships with tradespeople, but these guys aren't going to be my go-to electricians.

Jordan with ABC was fantastic to work with. He updated my mess of a panel in a timely matter key matter. Even with my hard to access home he made it work with a smile on his face. Highly recommended ABC Electric!

We had a good experience with ABC Electric. Erik did a really good job for us when we remodeled in our kitchen and three bathrooms.

Jordan identified and fixed a loose connection quickly. He installed a fan in our main bedroom. He was professional, efficient, lovely to work with. A fair price.

I did an electrical panel upgrade with ABC. Jordan, the technician was very friendly, informative and respectful. He got everything done in a timely manner and everything wad done tidily. He also came back when there was a minor issue (and even made a 2nd trip on the same day when I had an urgent matter come up on the original appointment time) and took care of it. I would definitely recommend ABC Electric to anyone looking for a team of reliable and trustworthy electricans!

ABC Electric did great work updating our panel, replacing knob and tube, adding new light switches, and upgrading all of our outlets. We were a bit nervous scheduling out a month in advance, but once they arrived the work was well done.

Professional, efficient, and reasonable pricing. When we got to the end, and I forgot about two outlets, their team had an electrician swing by between jobs to help us out.
