Quick and Clean are remarkable! Darcy and staff saved my new home!! I bought my first home and the entire place smelled like dog. I asked the realtor what to do about it and he said the pet stains and dander had likely already soaked into the carpet padding. He suggested we spend several thousand dollars to replace the carpets. Well not on Quick and Clean's watch!!! Darcy was very knowledgable, personal, and reassuring over the phone. She came over and inspected the area, used a black light (very cool) and told me she could get it back to 90% of what was pre-dog. Well she did one better, because ever since she got done working it has been 100% better! She was prompt, in and out in a day, and we moved in two days later. In the end I paid a fraction of the cost and have a great carpet that is still great one year later! I cannot say enough good things about Darcy and Quick and Clean Services. I'll be a client for life!

The first time we used their services, we were getting a condo, which had been a rental, ready for sale. We thought we had to replace the carpeting. Quick and Clean did such a fantastic job, The carpet looked almost new. They literally saved us thousands of dollars.

We were so impressed, we asked them to do the carpets in our home, which is well out of their territory. But, we were happy to pay the trip charge. The carpet is the original in the house. All I can say is WOW! Stains came out. The carpet is so clean, it is actually soft.

If you want a really clean carpet, call them!

I have never had better service from any vendor of any product than I just received from this co. I hired them to clean 4 large wool area rugs. They met my incredibly tight deadline, they charged a very reasonable price, they picked up and delivered the rugs, and their staff was incredibly amiable. The rugs just glow, and the carpeted stairwell I added to the job has never been so clean in years. Their level of customer service was amazing.

WOW. Eric was so professional and answered all of my questions, was honest about what I needed, and did an amazing job cleaning. He got up stains I never thought would come up- epoxy from a pellet stove fix, old paint, ground in soil, the works! Reasonable up front estimate and excellent work. The house smells amazing. He arrived on time. He listened to what I wanted done and then he explained the pricing. He cleaned everything that I was wanting cleaned and made sure all the dirt, etc was removed. I had him clean my sectional sofa, a glider rocker and a large wool area rug. It all looks beautiful. He did an excellent job.

I have used Quick & Clean twice now and am reminded how much I liked them the first time. The tech that came out was timely and soooooo friendly. I always feel slightly awkward when people I don't know in my home but he was great and there was zero awkwardness. And of course, my carpets are beautiful now and my home smells so great! Repeat customer. Erick was extremely knowledgeable, really friendly and fast! We walked through the house and I showed him all the areas (not necessarily full rooms) that needed to be cleaned. The issue was pet stains and he knew exactly how to treat them. Even advised me on a product to use in the future. My carpets look GREAT! Absolutely wonderful service!! The technician Eric was here early. He fully explained everything to us. He was able to remove the stain in the carpet and clean two chairs doing a perfect job. He left no mess and completed the job in a reasonable amount of time. After completing the job he patiently went over everything with us. Besides all of this he was/is a super nice person. Well, to say "I was disappointed from the start" is an under statement. I searched "Commercial Carpet Cleaners Near Me" and this company was top rated with close proximity to our office where we need our carpets done. I called to get an estimate and was answered by Danielle. She told me that they preferred to do residential work, and that their quote would be "too high for me", yet I never mentioned anything about an anticipated price, I only wanted an estimate! I am collecting estimates from other local vendors for the cleaning of our large office space carpets, which I'm sure would be a great job! My advice, take the phone away from Danielle, she is losing you money! Any professional would schedule a free estimate to "throw their hat in the ring" and jump at any opportunity to make a local business partner! I am sad to have to be the first negative review on this company, as I have not had a chance to experience their service. :*(

I had a great experience with Quick & Clean! They are so helpful with their customer service, and the technician that came out was very friendly and did a fantastic job! They also gave me a recommendation for cleaning products I can use myself and left a cute gift package. My carpets look amazing and I will definitely be using this company in the future. We have used Quick &Clean twice in our home, once to deep clean our carpets and couches and once to clean a couch that had been thrown up on and had pen on it.
The technician, Erick Daza, was prompt and very thorough. He explained the process (I wanted my couch “sealed”). When he was done, Erick gave us some tips and told us we could call Quick & Clean if we had questions in the future about spills or stains on our couch/carpet. He made me feel like he wasn’t trying to get me to pay for a service I may not need - there were things I could try before I needed to call Quick & Clean.
I highly recommend Quick & Clean for couch and carpet cleaning services, especially any pet stains.
Update: I contacted Quick And Clean in January 2026. My daughter had spilled coffee on our white carpeted staircase.
Eric is no longer with the company, but Jeeva Rajkumar who had been to my home in the past responded to my call. While he was not able to come out immediately, he advised putting sea salt on the coffee stain to lift part of it. He then came to my home a couple of days later to clean the stairs and an area rug.
Jeeva was very knowledgeable; he gave me an estimate once he saw what needed to be done. The estimate was reasonable, and I asked him to clean the stairs and the area rug. He was able to get almost all of the coffee stain up from the white stairs. It is barely visible unless you look very closely. He cleaned the area rug and it looks wonderful! Jeeva was very courteous and completed the job in a professional manner. Thank you, Quick And Clean Services!

Stunning professional work. Arrived on time, assessed the project transparently, no pressure to sell the work or estimate. Engaged (Eric) in the cleaning work diligently with attention to minute detail with care to baseboards and protected wall corners from hose scarring. The results were wonderful. Will use this service again and recommend it highly.
