There was prompt service, showing up when they said they would and quotes given onsite that day. There was some concerns with the power lines that ran through the 2 large trees on initial day to start work that we ended up aborting the job until we could make sure it was safe. After that the owner came out on a Sunday with his wife and we talked through the job and any Safety concerns, no issues were found. In the next 2 days the owner showed up with 2 helpers. They proceeded and did quite a bit of Branch cutting and installing 2 cable securing lines to tree trunks for prevention of main tree trunk splitting/spalling off in a storm, they worked safely and cleaned up their mess, did not damage my property or the neighbors. They chipped all the branches with their chipper, taking all debris with them and were done in 6 hours or so. The end result was better than I expected it to be. I received a discount without asking for it, over the power line confusion on front end of job that set the job back a few days. The receptionist was very pleasant and responsive through the process. I wanted them to do the job Safe above all else and they did. The owner is a person of integrity, something that is hard to find these days.
Their main concern was that we were completely satisfied with their work, I was 100% Satisfied!

Joe Grab Tree Service provided me with superb service, from the initial walk-through and estimate to completion of my very labor-intensive job. Two talented crews worked non-stop for 2.5 days. They removed 2 very large dead/dying Douglas Firs, pruned 11 additional trees, transformed large, out-of-control hedges back into shape, and cleared all brush and debris, taking great care to protect my property and the property of my neighbors. The estimate was fair, honest, and thoughtful. Communication was excellent. Artistry of the crews was impressive(!), and the owners, crew leaders and workers were unfailingly professional and friendly. Each and every one was fully committed to making sure I was 100% delighted with the results, and I was! I trust this company and will use them for all of my tree and hedge jobs moving forward.

Joe and his team did a fantastic job! They safely removed a 75’ Redwood tree that grew between our home and the neighbor’s, removed all debris, ground a huge trunk, and left the site clean. Joe and his team are very customer service oriented and professional. I highly recommend them.

Joe grab tree service does the excellent job for my yard the lady came to my house several times for check the details and did apply the permit professional for us the guy Ryan Jose did the amazing job, they keep all my house safe, they are professional and fast, after removing the tree and trimming, they clean all the yard , I do highly recommend this company

The guy in this shot casually hanging many feet up in the air on a dead pine was part of a three-man crew from Joe Grab Tree Service in Tualatin who came out to remove my poor tree, which has been here since before my parents owned this house and is now sadly deceased. They did a fantastic job for a great, affordable price very quickly, just a few days after Joe came himself and gave me an estimate. This is the second time I've called them for a tree issue and they in no way disappointed. Super fast, super friendly, super great service. If you're in Multnomah, Clackamas or Washington counties, I highly recommend.
