The service was great and excellent. Jared the project manager was at the top of it. He responded to my calls and messages right away and made sure that I am comfortable in all the steps to finish my project. The repair team did an excellent job in repairing the ceiling, texturing and paining it. The movers and cleaners were great everything was back to normal. What we discussed in regards to time frame and finishing the project went as planned. I highly recommend Stop restoration Services of Portland.

I can't say enough great things about Service Team of Professionals (STOP). Jen helped get me set up and checked in to make sure things were going great a couple times. She's fabulous! Jake E. came out to the house first and made great recommendations. Then we worked with Jake Wynne for most of our work. He was professional, knowledgeable, on top of everything, and extremely responsive. After months of us trying to wade through trying to figure out who we should call and what needed to be done, as well as having different folks out to look, Jake Wynne led us through the process and made it feel easy.

I always felt that he knew what he was talking about and cared about making sure the job was done right. The other companies that they recommended for us were great, which further built trust. I trusted Jake Wynne with access to our house when we weren't there with no hesitation. We've worked with a lot of companies over the years, and I would return to Service Team of Professionals every time in the future.

Let’s be real…nobody WANTS to have to contact a company like this…but when the need arises this is THE company to contact. Our bathroom flooded and the team at DRYmedics was quick to answer their phone and all of our questions. We were stressed out as we don’t deal with this kind of stuff regularly however the DRYmedic team DOES handle this stuff daily. Their team was professional, prompt and respectful. I didn’t feel “stupid” for not knowing what to do. They walked us through the process and we are overjoyed with the results!

When disaster strikes & your home (and stress levels) are flooded, do yourself a favor and contact DRYmedic to remove all stress and signs that there was ever an issue in the first place!

Zach Huber came in to introduce himself to our office. He is very professional and friendly. He knew his services and what the company has to offer and I look forward to working with him more in the future.

Mario and his team were excellent! From the time we called our insurance company (a Sunday morning) to when they arrived was barely three hours. They were efficient, knowledgeable, courteous and showed great respect for our home. They communicated well and answered all our questions and concerns.

We had a roof leak and STOP came to dry and clean up the water. We're in the process of working with them but their clean up crew was fantastic. Max was super and kind each time he came to check equipment. The team communicated well. Pam was great helping us get a roofer here and using her expert resources. I'm confident the repairs will be well done!

I can’t recommend this company enough. From my first call after finding a burst hot water line under my house when I talked to Sophia. She was so helpful and concerned. Had someone at my house in hours. Jose their mitigation emergency specialist showed up at my house. He was knowledgeable,professional but most important he was caring and help to alleviate my anxieties. Way above the call of duty and a GREAT representative. And finally Jake who wrote up the estimate and taking the time to explain it and he was more than fair. Hopefully there will never be another need but if so they will be my first call.

We had an overall great experience with the STOP restoration team. They had a personnel change in the middle but worked really hard to make it right for us despite the delays and the quality & responsiveness of the work was great.
Team was reliable and did beautiful work including all the partners that they dealt with.

We had a very negative experience. It started well with our Project Manager, Jared and the restoration team was wonderful who started the project! Jared and his team had great follow through, communication, updates, etc but then when Jared left, we were assigned to Greg Black and it went down hill. Our project was a flood in our bathroom that required new tiles on the floor and tiles around the bath, slab counters to match and subway tile back splash. Our project took 11.5 months to complete! I understand product takes time to arrive but the tiler, nor the company made our project a priority nor did they provide updates. I had to become the General Contractor to get things scheduled and done. Additionally, when the project came to a close, Greg refused to provide an invoice so we knew what we were paying for. My husband and I both asked for an invoice showing the itemized work but he refused to provide one. I have never known a business to charge an amount just by verbally telling you want to pay them. Legit businesses provide an invoice detailing what you are paying for and even when we asked three times for that, we were told they would not provide it. I would not recommend this company or working with Greg to anyone. Steer clear unless you are looking for a giant headache!

DryMedic is unreliable and untrustworthy. They took over STOP Restoration, doubled the quoted price, and delivered poor quality work. The project took 12 months instead of 3, with multiple project manager changes and team turnovers. The quality of work was subpar, requiring numerous reworks, and communication was poor. Customer service was atrocious, with Lawrence being particularly rude.

DryMedic's insurance work was terrible, causing our adjuster to escalate the issue. They became hostile when we documented their destruction. Despite insurance reimbursements, DryMedic would quickly find new charges to negate them. Their remodeling work was so poor that we don't use the shower they remodeled. The grout cracked, tiles sank, sink leaked, and other issues persisted.

Additionally, DryMedic's poor financial management led to a lien against our property due to unpaid supplier bills. They tried to blame us but quickly backtracked when we showed proof of payment. We recommend avoiding DryMedic at all costs.

NEW EDIT: DryMedic's disingenuous response to my original post is 100% proof positive that they do not care and will not care in the future about their clients. If they cared about customers and the customer's feedback, they would have responded to our communications during the project and not have posted the throw-away, poorly conceived boilerplate template that they just responded with--instead they would have not allowed a lien on our property due to their financial malfeasance. Instead they would not have left our home in poor condition. They certainly could have mounted a response that didn't effectively reduce to "we are sorry you feel that way!" They absolutely had no qualms about taking payment for inferior and likely dangerous work. No, sir or madam, whomever at DryMedic that posted this feeble response, I do not believe you, I do not trust you, I certainly would never recommend you, and I feel very worried for the next customers you swindle out of precious time, money, and the security of their home. Shame on you. SHAME! SHAME! SHAME!

Our experience with STOP was very positive overall. The response was timely. Ricky did a great job with the estimate and explaining what needed to/would be done. He was patient and knowledgeable. Our service tech, Mario, did an outstanding job with cleanup. A contractor, bidding the reconstruction, commented multiple times about the quality of Mario’s work. I recommend them for your mitigation work.

Our account manager, Carolina, stopped by and answered all my questions thoroughly, demonstrating the team’s expertise in restoration services. Communication is usually my biggest concern with restoration companies, but she was extremely charismatic and diligent, making the process seamless.

I recently had the pleasure of hiring STOP Restoration to assist me with some of my belongings that I needed cleaning and moving. From the moment I contacted them they were attentive to my needs, flexible with my schedule, and eager to assist.

The team (Alex, Edgar, and Maria) that came to my home was punctual, polite, and extremely prepared for the job at hand. Their expertise was evident as they handled my belongings with the utmost care, ensuring everything was securely wrapped and protected. I also greatly appreciated that they labeled all of the boxes with the location of where the items came from which made unpacking such a breeze.

Communication throughout the processes of my project was exceptional, from notifications to my home to updates on my items, I knew what was always going on.

Overall, I cannot recommend STOP Restoration enough. Their professionalism, reliability, and dedication to customer satisfaction truly set them apart. They truly exceeded my expectation. I will absolutely seek their services in the future, and I encourage others to do the same.

Pam and Nick from DryMedic provided excellent customer service! Pam was my first point of contact and quickly connected me with Nick who was on call since this water leak happened after hours. Nick responded immediately and had a crew out to the property to extract water from multiple units. We realized this was a much bigger incident and he was quick to get a plumber out to locate the leak. I just wanted to give a quick shout out to Pam and Nick for being responsive, professional, and very communicative.

We had a toilet overflow on our second floor & leak down into the first floor. STOP was able to come out that day & Jose was professional, thorough & detailed in his examination and recommendations. He even salvaged our wood floors by getting a dehumidifier hooked up asap, which was a bonus! The next day, Corey & Will came out - they were absolutely fantastic, as well. Meticulous in their setup & cleanup, personable & beyond helpful. Can’t tell you what a relief it is to know your home is in good hands when stuff like this happens. The silver lining of the headache of water damage is working with people who are not only skilled at what they do, but also caring & willing to go above and beyond. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again (although hopefully not, lol!) or recommend them. Thank you, STOP!

Drymedic Restoration was efficient and fast to respond to the mold issue that was developing in a rental unit. They completely cleaned out all affected areas and made sure everything was dry upon completion. They kept in contact with me and let me know what needed to be done. They worked respectfully with the renter who lived in the affected dwelling. I am very happy with the work that was performed and the professionalism and personal service.

STOP was a pleasure to work with. Kevin, the project manager was really good keeping us updated on the timeline of various tasks within the project. We appreciated that Kevin explained the process of the project before it started so that we had an idea what to expect. He was available for questions and very willing to allow us to make changes after the project was started. All the members of the team were good at their particular skills and nice people as well. We felt very comfortable with the entire team in our home. Brian’s attention to detail was so reassuring because we knew the work would be done correctly the first time.

Efrain, Jeremy, and Seth did a great job of moving us back into our home months after it flooded. They were very careful and worked really hard. I would definitely recommend DryMedic and them.
