I hired Juan to construct a retaining wall and stairs on my property. He was very knowledgeable and had the best plan of all the companies I had bid on this. His bid was also very competitive. His knowledge and confidence was why I hired him and am very happy that I did. He did a great job and exceeded my expectations.

I highly recommend M&J Hardscapes. I love ours and they did a great job of guiding us through the process. I wasn’t sure about the color of the pavers. Juan brought samples to the house, suggested the border and made the whole thing come together. They were on time, efficient, respectful, and cleaned everything up when they finished I’d have them again.

I was connect to M&J through my landscape designer. They were very fast and did a great job. They did a pretty big project around my ADU and back garden. They installed holland pavers, decomposed granite, metal edging, compost, and several 3x3 Olympic pavers. They were flexible when I requested a few additional services and finished the project on time (5 days). After the job they were helpful in recommending where to obtain extra materials for a small project that I worked on myself. (Photo is just a portion of their great work.)

Juan has done some bigger projects for us including a new paver driveway and walkway with a long retaining wall. Another project was a small backyard at a new house that included extending a patio with pavers and a retaining wall with quality artificial turf for easy care. He and crew are great to work with and his experience helps you translate your desires into reality. He’s on time and gets the job done.
